10-Speed Register Booster Fan Fits 4"x10", Smart Vents Thermostat and Remote Control for Home Heating and Cooling

I wanted to review this after the first night, but made myself wait a few weeks to evaluate it more than one night. Our bedroom feels like it gets extra hot at night time and I'm someone who cannot sleep when the temp is above 70 degrees. We only have one free vent in the bedroom thanks to the amount of dressers my wife has so I got this hoping it would make a difference so we wouldn't have to put a window unit in our only free bedroom window. All I can say is I wish I would have bought this years ago. I am so impressed with how well it does! It has multiple settings where you can keep the blower on a set setting or you can set it up so that it adjusts based on the temperature difference between the vent setting and the room, and you can adjust it specifically for heating or cooling. I keep ours set on the max speed blower all the time and it keeps the bedroom a little too cool during the day (which is fine since we're not really in there) and keeps it much cooler at night. We're in the middle of 95-100 degree weather right now and it is still performing beautifully at keeping the room cool during both day and night.The only thing I do not like is that I find the settings to be a little difficult to set up or understand at first- but once you get it, it's fine. Definitely still worth it for how well it works.If you have a hot bedroom, I definitely recommend giving this a try!

-Our bedroom stays warmer than the rest of the house throughout the summer (it’s the farthest away AC vent in our system). This little guy does its job and definitely keeps the room a couple degrees cooler. It’s not gonna turn the space into an ice box but it does help! -Full disclosure; it does make noise when it’s running, it’s not obnoxious but it’s also not silent. Works for me though cause it replaced my white noise machine so two birds, one stone…-We only have the one unit and it’s not enough to affect the rest of the house with how much cool air it pulls from the system, which is another plus.

I have an upstairs bedroom that is always hot in the summer, despite the rest of the house being comfortable with the central A/C running. I was skeptical that this product could make a difference... but IT DOES! It was easy to install the booster in the duct vent. I leave the booster running at high speed during the day with the bedroom door closed, and the room stays comfortably cool. I used to dread sleeping in that hot bedroom, but even in these 90+ degree days, it is now a cool pleasure. I can leave the booster running at low speed (level 2) while I sleep - as it is virtually silent at that level but still provides some gentle airflow. It really was a great purchase for me!

My upstairs office is stuffed and the register is hidden in a corner of the room crowded with book cases and storage racks. I struggle to cool this room in the summer because of the west facing window. I also struggle to warm this room in the winter to the point I almost bought a space heater this past winter.I plugged in this booster fan and immediately I could feel the air movement while sitting about 3 feet from it. It was simple to set up, and the instructions for the various settings are easy to read. It even comes with a little remote so I don't have to crawl into the corner to adjust things.It's those simple things that I should have invested in sooner. I think this booster fan will be a game changer for this room when the summer gets heated up.I may need to purchase another for the other west facing room upstairs.

We’ve suffered with a warm bedroom for years. Our room was about 10 degrees warmer than the rest of our house. After trying many things to decrease the temperature, a friend told me about vent fans. I found these on Amazon and they had good reviews so I decided to order them.Last night was the first night we slept with the vent fans on. The room was much cooler and we could tell a difference. I’m still trying to figure out how to set the fans so they don’t run all the time but otherwise we are enjoying them.Update: we continue to love these vent fans! I wish we would have learned about them sooner. They truly do make a difference in the room temperature which in turn help with the quality of our sleep. Thank you!

If you have a room at the far end of your HVAC vent run, just drop in this nifty vent fan, plug it in, and it will immediately improve the airflow from that vent. This is a great solution for that problem room or area which suffers from weak heat or cooling. The fan is fairly quiet and has 10 adjustable speeds. The unit can also be programmed to cycle on and off with your HVAC system. You can also included remote control to turn the vent fan on and off, as well as adjust the fan speed, anytime you want to increase ventilation in the room.
