I've used products like this previously, not they were rubber bands that rolled up into a narrow band that hurt. This stays in place without rolling up. The Velcro closure allows me to adjust the diameter easily so I only need this one band in place of the three I used to use. The first day I did side squats and I'll attest to the effectiveness because I definitely felt it in my glutes the next day. The carrying bag is really large but could be used to store dirty clothes in your gym bag.

I really enjoyed using this resistance band this morning. I have hypermobility in my joints so I have to do a good hour of exercises each morning to help strengthen different parts of my body. The band was well woven and felt so much better on my bare legs than those elastic bands that always pinch your skin or pull on hair. The joining part of the band is sewn well so I have no concerns of it snapping at me due to a tear either. Definitely a great item. Oh! And it also came with a nifty storage bag and a sweatband for your head.

Bought the triple pack because I was unsure of what size I would want or need and I'm really glad I did! These things are virtually indestructible, they do not slide or bunch. I weigh 235 pounds and they work GREAT. Exactly what I wanted and comes with a cute mesh carrying pouch. You can really feel the resistance.

I’ve been wanting to buy a resistance band for a while. So glad I purchased this one. I’ve been enjoying my workouts a lot more. I’m twice as sore, which is good news to me. The quality is great, I’d recommend this to anyone.

The quality of the band is actually really nice. Very thick and sturdy. I think I should have gotten the 12” size tho. The 15” is slightly too big but it works for bigger (wider) leg stance resistance. For floor glute work it doesn’t work as well.

so I bought these because my friend had similar ones and my rubber ones would slip and roll whenever I did certain exercises which was really annoying and i loved hers so much but they were sold out, so I decided to go with the best review on amazon i always try things out for a couple weeks before leaving a review, first thing i noticed is that these bands rise up right away they wont stay in place, second thing is they still roll mostly always just on one side while doing lounges which is the sole purpose of me buying these so basically waste of my money btw i am an avid lifter and a bit of a fitness snob i do not recomend these especially if you know what you are doing when working out my friend got hers for 20 bucks and i paid 28 for these i guess money cant always buy you quality.

This resistance band is great! It is very thick and high quality. I have been looking for a good resistance band for a while and am so glad that I chose this one. I get a great workout in with this band. It comes in a nice carrying case and came packaged well. It’s so nice having this because I can use it at home and not have to go to the gym and still do my daily workout. It works well around the thighs and arms. I would definitely recommend it!

Lately I started to exercise again as a part of my loosing weigh program. I purchase this hip resistance band to work on my Glutes and I’m super happy with it. It’s a very good Quality band that works well and holds in place. It doesn’t move and also observe the sweat. I highly recommend it.
