Very high quality for what I used it for, removing golf grip tape was so easy and removing stickers on my auto from dealership. Having 2 heat setting is a plus and very easy to use.

The size is great! Very handy and portable. It has 2 settings of heat a low and high.

I was using this to make shrink plastic charms, and I got through 3 small pieces (used for maybe 10 minutes total on and off) until I heard a loud crack and what sounded like beads inside the gun. It stopped working. I thought maybe something came loose or something got sucked in somehow.. opened it up to check and the fan is shattered. Wasn't expecting to find cheap plastic being used for a heat gun fan. Guess you get what you pay for. Wouldn't buy again nor would I recommend.
