Excellent product! Very easy to use!

What a simple and inexpensive way to make cute bubble waffles. I've used mochi and regular mix in it. Love the texture of the crispy outside and chewy and soft inside the bubble shape allows for. This is also easy to clean and doesn't take up a ton of space. Great to have on weekend rotation.

This products was great to use. I have family and friends that live in HK, so I have a sense of what traditional egg waffles taste like-and this did not disappoint! The recipe was really nice and everything tasted very amazing-definitely hit the sweet spot ;) The cook time is relatively short . It is very self intuitive, so you know exactly when to flip it. Cleaning is not the best as the grooves are all pretty deep, but a quick wash and wipe down will be alright. One little downside is the fact that occasionally the batter will drip out, but it most likely is not the machine itself's fault. Definitely recommend!

After having bubble waffles with ice cream at a convention, my kids just HAD to have one of these! It's so fun! I had a couple concerns before I purchased, but I haven't had any issues so far, and it's got A LOT of use. I thought cleaning it would be hard because of all the bubbles, but it's so easy. I just wipe it with a paper towel. I also didn't want to have to buy expensive bubble waffle mix all the time, but I was delighted to find that regular waffle mix works great in it. Bubble waffles are sweeter, so I usually just add vanilla extract. Buy this, you won't regret it!

here's my variation of the other reviewer's recipe teaspoon 5 grams tablespoon 15 grams = 1 teaspoon all dry ingredients used teaspoon, tablespoon, cup flour 1 cup sugar 0.5 to 0.75 cup tapioca/corn starch 30 grams evaporated milk 30 grams custard power 15 grams , corn flour baking powder 10 grams eggs 2-4 water/milk 140 ml vegetable oil/butter 30 ml vanilla essence 15 ml too lazy n cheap to get Bird's custard powder: main ingredient = corn flour 2nd batch i used 4 eggs, 45 gram of tapioca, wanted a little more chewy. melted butter and vegetable oil. ultra-pasteurized milk (won't spoil for weeks) instead of water. batter not wet, flows very slowly i don't fill the edges, let it cook for 20+ seconds, and close handle as tight as possible, flip over to batter to fill other side. too much batter will ooze out, so you will know to load less batter on next try cook less for more fluffiness, i personally like em crispy. tough to have both crispy edges and fluffy inside enjoy :)

When I first opened the unit, I noticed some residue inside, which was disappointing. It wasn’t what I expected from a new product and took away from the overall experience. Because of this sanitary concern, I can’t give it a full five stars. I cleaned it quite a few times and decided to keep it since there are not too many options out there if you want this specific type waffle maker. Luckily it works well and makes great waffles. It heats evenly and the results are crisp and delicious, so in terms of performance I’m happy with it.

Product arrived completely used!!! Disgusting & unethical!!!! I would keep it but I spent a lot on this little machine I expect it to be brand new and in good working condition. Who knows if this even works given it was used until the plastic discolored.

My kids love bubble waffle from Happy Lemon so this machine is perfect for making it at home. The trick is to NOT oil the nonstick surface to get the shine and crisp. I started with making Hong Kong style egg waffle recipe from scratch, but sometimes I just want a quick option so I tried Krusteaz Belgian Waffle Mix where you need to add egg, water and oil. The image in the review is made from Krusteaz mix. Pour the mix, close the lid and flip it right away, then wait for the indicator light to know it’s done cooking. Sometimes I leave it in there a minute longer if it looks too light. Shouldn’t stick unless it overflowed then you just have uncooked batter to clean.

Hago todo super rapido y es muy practico

We bought this to use on Valentine’s Day and have made waffles at least once/week since. Easy to use, waffles come off easily. Only complaint is it is hard to clean.

The recipe provided is good, but i prefer to tweak it a little bit, and use whole eggs instead of just egg whites and less sugar. Easy enough to use. The main thing I dislike is that it’s difficult to clean. Don’t really like the fact that I can’t really wash it since no parts can be removed separately and the whole thing has an electric cord attached. So I’d have to settle with just wiping off the grease. It’s acceptable, just not ideal.

Los bubble waffles son muy pequeños, creí que eran bolas más grandes. Es práctica de usar, sin embargo el tamaño no es el ideal.
