AR-11 Soft Shutter Release

Nice upgrade, good feel, but expensive for the small piece that it is. Simple installation for a firm fit. Due to small size you need to be careful handling and storing when exchanging for the use of a shutter cable release attachment. In the scheme of things I am happy with the purchase of this attractive upgrade.

Yes, this is an expensive soft release, but it looks fantastic with the Df's aesthetic. In addition, it truly adds to the haptic feel of the shutter release, making it more sensitive and easier to operate. The Nikon embossing adds to the high-end look of the AR-11. Highly recommended.

I got this to use on my Nikon Zf camera. It is stylish and comfortable but is a little pricy.

It’s perfect

This soft shutter release by Nikon works really well on my Nikon Df. It does exactly what it's designed to do... minimize any camera motion when the shutter is pressed. Plus it looks and feel great. It's a tad costly, but compared to how much I paid for the camera, lenses, filters, wi-fi device, spare batteries, new gadget bag and a leather half-case for the Df, the price is negligible.

This tiny little addition to the DF body makes a world of difference when pressing the shutter. There are cheaper alternatives to the Nikon brand shutter release if you are on a budget, but I personally wanted the AR-11 since it matches the aesthetic of the Nikon DF perfectly. After reading other reviews I might buy a spare in case I lose it, but so far I have had 0 issues with it coming loose. Very Happy Costumer!

Adds that sweet usable detail that really gives a great feel and look to my Fujifilm X100t. It's the little things sometimes.

Wonderful addition to the Df. Keep in mind the shutter release button this attaches to is also the on/off switch and this makes the switch a bit taller. Makes snapping a photo even easier. Many complain about the price but quality soft shutter releases run between $20 to $25, so this is in line with that.
