My granddaughter has read all of these books, several times. She requested them when I asked what to get for her birthday. So for her eleventh birthday, I bought her the set, and she was thrilled.

Enjoyable reading series for younger children.

These books are excellent for children learning to read! They are fun for the parents as well as the child. Great choice!

My daughter is in 5th grade but reads at 3rd or 4th. These are great transition from comic or picture books. She identifies with the main character and the adventures are sweet and the characters are kind to each other. Many other books (Ivy and Bean) are often not as wholesome feeling.
