Great cuticle nippers, very sharp and effective. Just be careful when you use them, as you could easily cut yourself if you're not careful. I have been doing my own manicures for quite some time, and it was definitely time to replace my old nippers. These are a solid, great choice and good value. Very easy to use and well-built.

Amazing! What a difference a good cuticle clipper makes! I have a manicure set that comes in a leather case, just got it in (used the same set for a long time until I ordered a new set). And I literally got this clipper in the same day and the difference is shocking. Immediately you can see the difference in sharpness of the clippers. When cutting the "proximal fold" these clippers cut through like butter. No snagging, tearing, or ripping. It was quite intimidating actually lol in a good way! The other ones which are the newer ones of the ones I had, had a hard time clipping. I had to use my whole hand to squeeze them to cut instead of just my "scissor cutting fingers". Now I say proximal fold because that is the dry skin that alot of people think is the cuticle but it isn't, it's the skin that grows out as the cuticle grows out. These clippers themselves were heavy duty metal and felt sturdy in my hand. It has metal prongs on either side of the inside of the handle that spring back open and they are tight. Did have to oil/silicone spray it up a little because it was tight and had a hard time springing back open because it was so tight but I view it as a good thing that everything is tight and secure instead of flimsy and once oiled/spray they work perfect! Very pointed as well to get into those tiny areas around my nails surface. Not to keep comparing but my previous ones... They had one prong that you had to twist so it would push against the other side to spring open and closed and in the end of the prong was a plastic ball which would skip! Owe. And this wasn't a cheep leather set either. This one clipper made a huge difference! I barely had to file to get the excess dry skin off because it got everything! My husband was even impressed and he won't let me tough his nails haha. 10 out of 10!!
