Red one, the heavy tension is just awesome
Go for heavy tension band(The Red one), its just awesome. The ratings of 1 star and 2 star has been given by customers because of wrong delivery of products. Thats nothing to do with quality of the product.

PRODUCT DELIVERED DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WAS MENTIONED
Ordered for the COMBO (Cost Rs 1102) which is supposed to have 3 pieces heavy/light/medium, whereas the product delivered was only the LIGHT (cost 349).

It says the RED band has maximum tension/strength which was not the case. It can probably be used by kids. Dont buy this product if you are looking at serious exercises with the exercise band.
