I want to return it
Hello, I purchased the Retsol LS-450A Barcode Scanner from Amazon about 12 days ago. Unfortunately, it is not working as expected. I noticed the return window has closed, but I would really appreciate if you could help me with a return or replacement request.The item has a 2-year warranty as well, but I wanted to try with Amazon first. Please let me know what can be done.

Crappy instruction manual but works good after fiddling with it
The product is good but there is no instruction manual to start using it. When I got it, it was not recognising any barcode. I was going to return it. There was also a piece of paper with a bunch of barcode for different things but it didn't make any sense. So i tried scanning the barcode on that paper which says RESET and seems like it reset the scanner to the factory settings. After that it started working. A better user guide would have been better, or else there will be a lot of product returns with negative reviews.
