It simply works
It is a great product light scratches almost disappear and deep scratches become light. I am sharing images of before and after video of after applying the compound.

Product is really good but with some drawbacks
Meguiars products are generally very good, however this product requires a buffing machine to get the desired effect because without the buffing machine the effect would be very limited and would work well only on the plastic parts and not metal parts. Lot of customer reviews and feedback have said that it can be used without any machine but it is not true. Though overall the product is good and would work if worked really hard and fast on any specific panel but is not very quick to remove scratches and swirl marks. I suggest everybody should keep this in mind before ordering it

Impressed with Meguiars. Brilliant results!!
Really impressed with Meguiars. Am really happy with the results. Attached pics will give you an idea. I went for the full process today on my 6 year old XUV 500, whose paint had gone really dull. Took about 5 hours but totally worth the effort. 1) Washed my car with a 3M car shampoo. 2) Dried using Amazon Basic drying towels and Softspun microfiber cloths. 3) Post this, I treated small sections of the car with Meguiars Ultimate Compound + Meguiars Ultimate Polish + Meguiars black wax in the same order. Completed all 3 applications on a section, then moved to a second one. Apart from the instructions on these products, very important to have seperate applicator pads and microfiber clothes for each of them. Buy good quality foam pads, my wavex ones were pathetic. 4) Meguiars Ultimate Compound brought the paint back to life, however dont expect miracles on scrathes. 5) Meguiars Ultimate Polish started to give it a wet look. Dont let it dry! Wipe it off in max 30 seconds. 6) Meguiars Black wax sealed it in the end. Let it haze out for about 10 min before buffing to a brilliant mirror like shine. The foam pad included is really nice. Cons 1) Meguiars should include applicator pads for Ultimate Compound and Polish.

For shine and colour protection not for scratches.
It was good, I used all compound polish and wax in my black car and the shine was immediately noticeable,but leave aside the deep scratch, even medium scratch will not be removed. This product is only for best shine and protection not for scratches.

Meguiars name has it all!
I've been using car care products for a lot of years and this cutting compounding is the best I've ever used. A lot of people don't know what and how its used the right way. If you're into auto detailing, this is the best product, mostly used with a DA polisher and a cutting pad like the Chemical guys 5.5 inch Orange pad. Its NOT for POLISHING or WAXING your car. Its meant to cut through the dense swirls and scratches on your car and the most efficient method, is to use it with a DA. You might need to shell out some money to buy those products separately, but trust me, its a worthy investment.
