Place the product on a flat surface and wait for a minute till you get up on it to take your weight. Otherwise the reading shows a higher figure. So wait for a minute. Then take your weight. Sometimes, if you dont wait after placing the machine on a flat surface, the reading shows a few grams extra. So wait and take it a second time. And from the second time onwards it doesn't fluctuate. Also, this product has no button to switch it on or off. When you unbox it, just remove the sticker from the battery (at the back) and it starts working automatically.

Stopped Working Properly Within a Year
Within a year, it started malfunctioning frequently and now often shows an error screen. The readings are inconsistent, varying every time I step on it, even within the same minute. For the price, I expected better quality and durability. Not recommended if you’re looking for a dependable device.
