Excellent red wine.
I decided to make Nebbiolo instead of Pinot Nior, so glad I did. Both my wife and I love this wine with it’s rich fruity flavors. I only wish I had to patients to let it age.

My favorite wine. I currently have this at one yr old. Just finished some at 3 yrs old and it was marvelous! Aging your wine is so worth it. I will start this one soon to keep my aging process going.

Nice medium-bodied red
This World Vineyard Italian Nebbiolo kit from Winexpert is a dry, medium bodied red with dark fruity overtones (plum and dark cherry are noticeable). Fairly light on tannins, it has a smooth and silky mouthfeel. This wine has a strong enough character to stand up to most meats, including steak and roasts.The World Vineyard kits are easy to make and shouldn't take more than a maximum of three hours of your time total, spread out over a 6-8 week period from the initial mixing to bottling. I would recommend letting the wine mature for three months before uncorking. It will continue to develop for at least a year.
