Good to make hummus

This tahini is outstanding. Makes perfect hummus or mutable ...don't bother with homemade tahini though its quite easy to make. I just could not get that authentic middle eastern taste that I grew up with until I started adding this tahini. Having said that, I've not tried any other brands of tahini to make a comparison. This worked and I've stuck to it. Its quarantine time and I've run out, just wish they would start delivering soon. Hummus is an essential item for me :)

Not many choices for Tahini in India, and no way to know if this was manufactured correctly and cleanly. But it tastes real and pure, without additives. Clumping at the bottom is natural (and a good sign that they have not added "anti-caking" ingredients). Stir with every use. Don't refrigerate; it will last at least couple months in a cupboard. As with any product with oil, do not heat. But I've ordered many of these and they are always consistent. If you know Tahini, buy it... you won't be disappointed.

i gat only one not 2 like promise

I bought this product because it said 1200gm in the product description but I received only 600gm. The discount information is misleading. The product, however, is excellent.
