King Arthur, Essential Goodness Double Chocolate Cookie Mix, Non-GMO Project Verified, Kosher, 15 Ounces

The first time I made these I baked them at 375 for 12 min. That seemed high(the pre-made dough I usually get cooks at 325) but figured I should follow the directions. They came out a little crispy. The next time I cooked them at 365 and they came out perfect; way better than the dough I was buying.

If you like dark chocolate, you will love these cookies. The outside has a little crispy layer with a soft chewy center. They are quick to mix up only adding butter and an egg. I had to mix or knead with my hands because the dough is very thick to roll them into balls to bake. Dark chocolate cookies are a rare find. Not too sweet and not too bitter, just right. I bought two boxes and will be buying more.

We tried making cookies and cake from this mix. We love both. Very easy to make and is kids friendly. Not ultra sweet but great chocolate favor. My kid made the cake and the whole family enjoyed that. Will buy again.

Excellent product size and quality. Expensive. Lots of chocolate chips right in the mix. Good for large or regular cookies!

The product is good but the packing? Really? Delivered in a bag torn up and leaking. Use some common sense when packing please. This is a great product- just not done justice by terrible packing. Scared to cook with cracked open box.

I almost bought multiple packages and I probably should have because these are AMAZING!

Solid, chocolate cookies. Great flour and cocoa make great chocolate cookies.
