The book is OK and does have some good illustrations however, for a starter, the instructions are rather complex.I was expecting to see more page by page measurements but instead you have to use templates that are stored in the back of the book.... The templates then need to be enlarged which over complicates the process.I think I will just use the more simpler guides that are available to download online instead.

Lots of good ideas but be warned having spent a long time to get 3/4 way through the ' hearts' version (page 31) as described. I discovered that there is inaccurate information regarding the number of book pages needed for the project. All my many hours of work is in vain- if only I had realised earlier. I will not attempt anything else unless I have thoroughly checked the number of pages needed myself in a book before starting any future venture. What a shame that such an elementary mistake has been made. The author has either not kept accurate records / provided an inaccurate template or not proof read accurately. What a shame. Let's hope that the other projects are correctly described. Take care!

what a beautiful book. bought as a gift, the recipiet was enthralled by it and cannot wait to start making things. i was equally interested in the book and encouraged it wast all the sane sort of book folding stuff i had seen before. i almost wanted to start doing book folding myself. i would certainly recommend this book for anyone who wants to try somethig a bit different, who has tried bookfolding and wants to take it further, or who just loves beautiful books. well well worth it. thank you

Beautiful book about beautiful things to do with books. One star knocked off as finding it hard to get head round some of the instructions and had to refer to online videos to get my head round how to do some cuts and folds.

The book arrived in good packaging, in the time frame advised. The book appears to be well thought out, with nice pictoral instructions. I've yet to carryout a design, so I will update my review later.
