👍 Looks good but highly overpriced for the quality of construction.
🤏 I got this after careful research of a sturdy, feature rich device that comes with an additional feature of measuring respiratory rate which might be of some use for self-assessment or clinical study. However, before I start with the pros and cons of the device, I would like to share some vital information that are not generally available anywhere in reviews.✌ MIGHT BE LENGTHY BUT WORTH READING IN TIMES OF COVID.✅ First of all, use your ring or index finger mostly for measurement analysis.❎ Nail polish over fingernails might affect the readings so avoid measuring with same.❎ Do not use oximeters with high ambient light or sunlight as it might affect the intensity of sensor light. If required cover sensor with some sort of surgical towel as mentioned in manual of the device. 🔷️ SpO2 - is a measure of the oxygen saturation level in your arteries. Higher oxygen saturation indicates more oxygen in the arterial blood.🔆Oxygen saturation can change due to a number of factors, including lung or heart function and altitude. 👉 Normal range: An SpO2 between 97 and 100% means your body is normal , if it is below 96%, this may be an indication that you need more rest and recovery.🔆Also Note: At higher altitudes above sea level starting at about 3,000 feet, it is normal for your SpO2 to be 3 to 5% lower. The higher elevation you go, the lower your SpO2 will be. 🔷️PI: Perfusion index is an indication of the pulse strength or blood flow at the sensor site. Pi is the ratio of the pulsing blood to non-pulsing blood flow in your finger.🔆The perfusion index may vary with time, exercise or any health condition. The PI's values range from 0.02% for very weak pulse to 20% for extremely strong pulse.🔹️Your perfusion index changes based on whether the blood flow to your body is going up or down, and whether the arteries in your fingers are narrowing (causing your fingers to feel colder) or widening (causing your fingers to feel warmer).🔆There is no specific “normal” value for perfusion index, each person should establish their own baseline value and note how it changes over time.🔹️Your perfusion index may or may not change significantly in the morning or after exercise. Note if any changes to your perfusion index causes you to feel any differently when your perfusion index is lower.🔆General value is as per my observation with a group of 40 people at work is around 2 to 6 .🔷️RR : Respiration rate The normal respiration rate for an adult at rest is 12 to 20 breaths per minute. A respiration rate under 12 or over 25 breaths per minute while resting is considered abnormal.👉ABOUT THE PRODUCT : ***************************🔹️The brand is fairly new based at Jaipur, Rajasthan and belongs to micro & nano technologies.🔹️It Bears the make in India logo but let me make it very clear that for me Quality, Health & Saving Lives comes first, before going blindly by recent marketing strategies. Who knows, if the investors in the company belong to china. 🎯Anyhow My review would be based purely upon real facts as it is. 🎯The model no. is MPO-03 & is IP 22 protected. IP is ingress protection meaning how much external water & dust it can defend. 🎯IP 22 is a very low rating meaning it has a low protection against water & dust so careful handling is suggested.Do not spray anything or try to wash it with water. 🎯Regarding mechanical integrity of device, the body looks just okay, neither too strong nor too weak.🔹️It would surely break if it falls from height or its internal hinges & spring might deform if it not handled properly with care. 🎯The device has a dual colored oled display & can measure: 🔆Oxygen saturation from 35 to 100 % with 1% resolution & 2 % accuracy.🔆Pulse rate from 25 to 250 bpm with 1 bpm resolution & 2 bpm accuracy.🔆Perfusion index from range “not mentioned “ but with 0.1% resolution & 1 % accuracy.🔆Respiratory rate from 10 to 70 rpm with 1rpm resolution & 2 rpm accuracy. 🎯Bar graph is available only for pulse rate and not PI which is called as plethysmograph as in few other meters. 🎯It is charged by 2 normal 1.5-volt AAA batteries & Battery status is also shown on screen.🎯Display orientation can be changed upon rotation and various settings for all parameters can be set.🎯Screen contrast and sharpness is very good and clear.🎯The measurement is very fast and shows the readings in just 4 or 5 seconds.🤏For Overall accuracy It is very hard to comment as PI, PR, RR keep on varying and spo2 was 98 & 99 for all my colleagues in office.🎯Pulse rate and Spo2 were similar to my inbuilt sensor in Samsung S10 mobile.🎯Comes with a 1-year warranty.🎯Switches off in auto , upon no finger detection & removal of finger ☝️All in all, I would just say that the item is surely overpriced for the construction and quality it offers. Its accuracy might be good, but it could have been surely built better and rigid. 🤏 Seems everyone is just trying to make money out of this pandemic outbreak till it lasts .I just hope it is accurate enough to save lives though.♻️ Do click helpful below , if you find the review helpful.

A complete review for a complete product, Meditive MPO-03 rocks...!!!
I’ve bought this in this Year’s Freedom Sale. Cost me 2024 with discounts. Seller Amazing Deals Technologies Shipped it original item swiftly & got it in two days. Thanks for such prompt services.I’m using this product for more than 2 weeks:So far, everything looks promising.Readings are easy to read, operation of this device is as easy as it can get.Screen brightness is adequate for room lights.Sensors & its reading are accurate, though not sure that changing readings of SpO2 is good thing or not. However, not changing it drastically.Feel & quality of the product is very much rich & of a good genuine product.Must Buy Product as having maximum features such as SpO2, Respiratory Rate, Perfusion Index, Pulse Rate etc. which in this price range (Post COVID-19 time) is rare. Will update further after usage of 6 months...

Good Quality, Easy to use product
SHORT SUMMARY:After researching several popular brands on Amazon and the web, I settled on this model (Model MPO-03 - Black colour). My family and I have been using this Pulse Oximeter for close to a month and the readings have been consistent for that duration. Build quality is decent but hinges feel delicate.Detailed review is as follows:PACKAGE CONTENTS:The package contains - the device, 2 AAA 1.5V Batteries, User Manual with instructions, 1-year Warranty Card and Lanyard cable. The device looks and works exactly as shown in the product description and image section of this Amazon page/reviews.BUILD, DISPLAY & SETTINGS:Regarding its build, the hinges on the end feel a tad too delicate. Assuming you use the device with care (just like your favourite electronic device/cell phone), the build feels decent. The OLED display is sharp and clear even at lowest brightness.A lone button adjacent to the Display rotates the readings by 90° on each short press.Long pressing the button shows the Settings menu that allows adjusting device parameters like:✅ Brightness - Level 1 (darkest) to 5 (brightest).✅ Beep - A short beep to indicate reading has been generated. Can be toggled On/Off.✅ Setting Threshold values (Low and High) for measured indicators - SPO2, Pulse Rate (PR), Respiratory Rate (RR), Perfusion Index (PI).✅ Alarm sounds can be toggled On/Off - If On, then Alarm is sounded if the measured value crosses / falls below the user-defined threshold value. By default, it is Off.USAGE FEEDBACK:The readings seem to be relatively accurate. While I haven't confirmed the SPO2 readings against a professional, medical wall mount Pulse Oximeter, the readings showed stable values, when at rest. Also, when tested immediately after a moderate workout session, the device showed slightly different values (as expected) - such as slightly higher SPO2 levels, moderately elevated Pulse Rate (PR - bpm) & Respiration Rate (RR). I remove the batteries after use; they've lasted fine for my usage as of now.Minor consumer tips from usage under a variety of scenarios:✅ Keep finger (preferably index/ring finger) steady on a flat surface during measurement. Moving/exercising while measuring will produce variability and inaccuracy in the readings.✅ Insert the finger all the way into the oximeter before pressing the button adjacent to the display. You'll know you've done this correctly once you start seeing standard, rhythmic pulse graph animation (Plethysmogram waveform bar/graph) on the Oximeter display consistently. The readings start appearing within 5 seconds from finger insertion but take about 10-30 seconds to stabilize and show final readings.DELIVERY EXPERIENCE:Delivery was prompt (as per scheduled date), packaging was perfectly done and there was no damage visible on the product.
