The ingredients say sodium and chloride?? Is that it?? snake oil anyone??

No it is not snake oil. It basically saline or salt water. It has more of a beach taste because the cloride concentration is a bit higher. Sodium and chloride are two of the 5 electrolytes. Does this product works? The answers is this does contain two of the electrolytes. I hope this should trigger your curiosity about electrolytes and do your own research.
