This was a life changing product for me. I was skeptical about it being true USP because I could not find a website or lab verifying. However, the improvement in energy, mental focus, sleep and going from depression to euphoria within 3 days and still happening at a month later-no single supplement has ever done this. I am not a stranger to supplements and nootropics. I have tried thousands of products. I reccommend reading the book Methylene Blue The Ultimate Guide by Mark Sloan. I did the Audible version with a Free Trial from Amazon. There is a long history and good science to explain why it has or can have these effects in a human body. I wish everyone the same, YMMV. I am on other supplement that are synergistic and help restore mitchondial function and detox-it is a cell level metabolic problem. MB was the silver bullet for me in my supplement. Vitamin C, NAC, and having a Vitamin D level above 50 will dramtically enhance the benefits in my experience. It really is acting as a Monoamine oxidase inhibitor. I complete lost and desire to have nictotine or alcohol. I enjoy music and dancing again. For the first 5 days I did not urinate blue-even at 3 droppers full. I was absorbing it all. This is a good brand. I may try others, but this a good quality and a reasonable price. There are lots of pop up companies selling MB because its hot right now. Do your homework and give this a chance! Pro tip: Get distilled water (the electrons are not bound to minerals or whatever is in your tap. Put a full dropped in 6-8 oz and use a straw to drink it so you don’t stain your tongue teeth. You will barelt notice the taste and you chan chase it with a beverage of your choice. I drink it every morning that was on a empty stomach 30 minutes before taking any medication, vitamins or food. Best of luck on your Methylene Blue Journey-every day im finding new things. Seems like a great product, taking it daily. Feel good and increased energy, taste isn’t to bad, very easy to use, haven’t had any side effects.

I purchased this to test the social media hype about it being good for your brain's health, support memory functions etc. The product appears pure and well packaged. It is easy to use (just be careful to use glass containers because it could color plastics). What I have to say is merely my anecdotal experience of using it daily for over a month (10-15ml - = 5=7.5mg doses). This product is 100% water soluble. It may stain but it will go away if washed with enough water. It colors your mouth blue, so better take it before you brush your teeth. It will color your pee, so don't be alarmed when your urine becomes greenish blue. It doesn't color your eyes or skin so no one will think you turned alien. Does it work? It may have improved my sleep some during the first week. I felt more tired and ready to sleep at bedtime than usual, and I slept better than usual. This may be due to it's known effect on serotonin pathways. However, if what I felt is even the result of consumption of Methylene Blue, it seem that my body adjusted to it and the effect is much smaller now. I did not recognize any difference in my mental energy, my cognitive functions or my memory. To be honest, those are probably normal anyway, including the growing difficulty of retrieving names from memory - no improvement there. Also I have a benchmark of my Duolingo word-pairing time-limitted exercises scores, which have stayed quite the same. The limited literature on this product cites a 40-50mg daily doss to assist in cognitive function of Alzheimer patient. Since I don't have Alzheimer, I am not going to try going so high. So to summarize - this product is as good as advertised, but I am not sure it is needed or helpful to people who don't have issue of braincells mitochondrial health.

Mejoró mi concentración y energía. OJO: No hay que tomarlo junto con antioxidantes ni antiantidepresivos. Y tomar MENOS de la dosis recomendada. Es decir, para alguien que pesa 100 kilos que tome 25 a 40 gotas diarias es más que suficiente.
