Great Deal and so many uses!
I have needed a few motion detectors for awhile now. Like at night I have a few hallways in my house that are pitch black at night, adjusting the stay on time of the sensor to stay on about 30 seconds worked great for me and I was able to power this from an old cell phone charger and have a length of wire hooked up to the output and the ground then to three white LED's. No more stubbing my toes in dark hallways at night now!

Very sensitive
These Motion sensors are extremely sensitive. even with the dial set to minimum I still get around 6 Ft (2M) of range. This isn't practical for my purposes because I need 1Ft motion detection and nothing further. The good thing is that I have not detected any false positives.

even on the quickest recycle setting takes about 7 seconds before it will trigger again
Even on the quickest recycle setting it takes about 7 seconds between triggers, it was supposed to be closer to 3 seconds. This is too long for most wildlife camera traps. A friend has some that work better, maybe just bad quality control.

Good quality and build
I have only done a few arduino projects but they are going into production for some automation projects.

None of the 5 worked for more than 3 minutes.
I don't know what the problem is. I have made my living repairing electronic equipment for more than 20 years and these devices all failed within minutes of supplying power (a nine volt battery.) The failure was a constant high output. As an aside, 3 of the units came with jumpers installed for re-trigger setting and 2 did not, in spite of all being sealed in individual plastic anti-static bags.

Sensitivity settings are tough
Difficult to get sensitivity set but they work
