I had the pleasure of speaking with James. He walked me through the process of setting up the account for the first time. It’s so nice to know you can just quickly call for support without going through automated systems. 100% recommend the product and service!

Terrible system for a timeclock in the year 2026. I had an acroprint timeclock from 2015 that was easier to use with better payroll reporting and timesheets. What would take me 1 hour to do with the old timeclock timesheets on xcel takes me 3 hours with the new. I have to manually add in breaks since our employees are out in the field. Terrible clunky software. Terrible uncustomizable reports. Only 2 available, total hours and timesheet per employee for a certain time period. Had to individally print every single employee's time sheet instead of simply choosing all because choosing all sorted all punches by day. WTF. Their software can't be programmed to spit out Holiday hours. Multi step process to punch someone in after the fact or for missed punches. Fingerprint scanner not great. Doesn't work 30% of the tries. The facial recognition can't be turned off because it kept trying to punch in anyone that walked by and happened to look at it. Support told me to put some duct tape over the camera because there's no option to shut off the camera. Support was awful. They needed me to give my login credentials to even help me. Support is outsourced to an 'English as a second language person' that barely finished their English classes last week. They couldn't understand me nor I them. Complete piece of junk. And after trying really hard to work with it, enough time has passed that I don't get a refund anymore. Waste of money. Waste of my time setting up. The only pro was cloud access to timeclock and employee punch data that worked very good. That's it.

Needed a little help in setting up the machine. All in all the machine is working perfectly for my location. I have to give 5 stars to the customer service team member Joseph for his help in getting things together for me. He was awesome!

I have tried multiple time clocks at my office, including three from NGTeco. The biggest selling point for me on this one is remote management of the device. My first clocks required physical transfer through USB to read times and then I had one that would connect through WiFi but only directly to the phone, so you still had to be present in the office. Now with this device I can generate my payroll after hours at home. Setting up the device is fairly easy. Unfortunately they changed the mounting screw pattern, so I couldn’t use all of the existing holes from the previous device (also NGTeco). This device angles off the wall farther, which I think helps to prevent erroneous time punches if you are using the Face ID. I like that it gives four options to use for verification. We have been concerned of employees sharing their pins to punch in when running late. Using the finger print or Face ID helps give that peace of mind. So far, I have only had one employee that the finger print seems to be giving errors and had to add a new print in. I am guessing that the original scan was not clear enough. The initial setup of the device and software is easy to follow and you can get it up and running quickly. On the reports side of the software I found it to be more difficult to use and less intuitive. I had to contact support and eventually found that you need to fully setup a time schedule before you can see your employees in the report section. Since installing the device the app has changed a few times, so it appears to be a work in progress. Overall, this device was a good, cost effective upgrade to my time clock system. While the remote user interface is still a development in progress, the ability to access the device remotely has saved time and headache.

I want to love this, but I can't, I only mildly like it. Setup is an absolute nightmare (for me anyway). I'm still not connected as an 'admin' to it, so I don't get to customize anything. No clue why or how to get that part done. For the 3 stars I did give: I got 2 employees on it as users at least with their fingerprint and that all works great (so far). The downloadable spreadsheet is sufficient enough albeit I tried to switch it from military time to normal time and apparently that doesn't stick once you log out. It changes right back to military. I can deal with it though a bit irritated I need to convert it (I hate military time format.) In any case, employees have minimal issues with the scanner, so that is good, at least it has that going for it. As for setup. Way better instructions are needed, or someone who is more technologically inclined perhaps.

James was very helpful in the setup process and in teaching me how to operate the software. I highly recommend this product because you get a live person to help you quickly which is rare nowadays.

After several factory resets and rebooting this junk time clock I returned it. It would only display two Wi-Fi networks. There was no way to connect this thing to the cloud because it could not see my network. I did not regret returning the purchase because the feel of the product was very cheap. If I paid $30 for this item I would probably have been satisfied with the quality however I expected more for the price.

Gerät funktioniert nicht. die Daten werden nicht übermittelt. es gibt eine Verbindungsfehler die wir nicht lösen konnten. man kann mein rein und raus gehen abstempeln allerdings werden die Daten nicht an das Programm übermittelt. Alle Einstellungen wurden vollständig gemacht. wir sind mit dem Gerät unzufrieden

Für unsere Zwecke ist das Gerät nicht zu gebrauchen. Sobald man in die Nähe kommt, versucht es die Person zu erkennen und entweder ein oder auszustempeln. Das Gerät quittiert dabei nicht einmal, ob ein oder ausgestempelt wurde.
