Senville 36000 BTU SENA-36HF/Z Mini Split Air Conditioner Heat Pump, White

I got the 36,000 BTU unit for my new work shop which is 1350 square feet with 16 foot ceiling. This unit works GREAT. It heats up my shop QUICK. I restore airplanes so I needed a good heat & A/C and this one was the best for the price. It is also WiFi controled from the Sinville app. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this unit.

Senville is an excellent brand. I have a couple of these running like whistle. Been a year plus since I got the first one and I’ll I’ve had to do is clean the filters once, very easy to operate. All and all, thankful for this buying experience. Great machine.

We had the 18k BTU and upgraded to the 36k. It was more than double the money and worth every penny. Our room is 25x22 with 11ft ceilings. The 18k kept the room cool but ran non stop. This one cools it off faster, runs less, and keeps the temperature more evenly regulated using less electricity.

I bought 3 of the 36K BTU units for $1900 ea. I called the support line once. They put you on hold for 15 minutes, and then tell you to email them, and they will get back within 48 hours, then hang up. Why have a phone number--to make it seem like they care that you are having problems getting their product installed when it is 100 degrees outside?You also have to love the big sticker that says unless you get a pro to install it, the warranty will be invalid. Maybe they should make this more prominently featured on their sales page so they can watch their sales dry up. Even the warranty page on the website doesn't mention this caveat. If you are buying it on Amazon, you are very likely installing it yourself, because professional installers usually won't install something they didn't sell to you. Senville wants to have their cake and eat it too.Otherwise the units work great so far and I would still recommend them.

So far we love our mini split quite easy to install everything could be done in a day with all the tools and parts that are needed

This unit is pure junk... Received the unit started the install the copper pressure line that was sent with the unit was so thin and cheap it cracked while installing causing the freon to leak out and burn up the compressor... Senville sent a new exterior compressor and paid for the new copper line... 3 months after install the "new" compressor shorts out and fries the circuit board and caused serious electrical issues... Contacted Senville again, after appx a month they decided I can buy another one of their units for 60%of the new one (this is how they warranty their junk)... I told them not going to happen so then they offer me 500.00 (paid close to 1800.00)... I finally agreed to it just to get this piece of junk out of my life...Advise... Start with a Mitzubishi you will be alot happier...

I have had this unit installed for over a year now and have had no issues from it. I have it heating and cooling my 1200 square foot shop at 70-72 degrees. No issues with this unit and the monthly energy costs are very minimal.

Works great and quiet , only problem that the indoor handler just last for about 3 years , hope the company could look at this problemThe really good news that the seller have all the parts you need ( I tried many sellers but they only sell as a set ) that’s why you should buy from this seller as I already bought many from them and buying more

Seems to work well but seems to have less output then the 24,000 btu it replaced when it should have more..

Heat pump blows super cold also the heat blows very warm and the wifi option is very cool , it was super fast shipping and great customer service when I emailed them because I didn’t realize because of COVID-19 the shipping had been longer but they shipped it out right away anyway when I told him I didn’t look at the shipping times when I ordered and no extra charge for shipping out right away . 5 stars all the way .

Received my order! Will review when installed, excellent so far ! Bonus came with brackets to instal on the wall ,please let your new costumers know so they would not order separately like I did!
