It does work well , but had to make quite few adjustments for the outdoor cam to be fitted as in line of sight.

I have been asked Rs. 750 for installation as the product is purchased online.Some thing like this should be communicated during purchase so that we can make rational decisions.

Poor after sales service
The dismal service and quality of this product do not merit any stars but I am giving it one just because I HAVE to. Despite registering multiple complaints about the failure of this product, the service provider did not attend to the problem. So basically I am stuck with an utterly useless instrument and the loss of a significant amount of money. I will be sure to warn my social networks of the shoddy service and poor quality product. Please do NOT purchase this product.

Zicom products are pure junk. i had bought their entry phone system. it did not work from day one. they don't support their products. their guarantees are worthless. their staff are unprofessional.never buy any Zicom products.
