NOT IMPRESSED - HARD TO READ BUTTONS - DRIPPING FROM STEAM AND VERY HEAVY

I really liked the SINGER® Intelligent 2.0 Steam Press and it worked exactly as advertised. It heats up quickly, puts out great steam, and does a nice job smoothing wrinkles with very little effort. That said, it ended up being too small for what I needed. I was hoping to use it mainly for sheets and duvet covers, and the pressing surface just isn’t large enough to make that practical. For smaller items it works very well, but for large bedding it wasn’t the right fit for me.

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. Amazon, please don’t play with your customers—especially those of us who spend thousands every month on your platform. The Singer ironing press arrived broken and does not work at all. It’s unacceptable to receive a defective product, particularly for something in this price range. It asks me all the time to "replace the filter" in a new machine with new filter!!!! Really??? I tried to reset it, nothing. I expected better quality control and service from a German product. I hope this issue is resolved , because this experience has been extremely frustrating for all customers.I am returning it
