First thing I did was do the water test. Good as advertised; water did not seep into the case after 30 minutes of full immersion with a piece of tissue inside. I would presume that this case will keep your iPhone XS Max completely dry and safe from any water damage. However, by the look and feel of the material, I don't expect much in a way of drop protection; although, it claims to be shock proof. I have yet to receive my phone so I cannot speak yet regarding the volume with complete enclosure. Also, I'm curious about the knob for turning the phone silent. Will check back once tested...Tested! Works great! Good protection for regular short drops. One flaw: can't fully enjoy the AMOLED display with the screen protector. I have another open face case for viewing. This works great as advertised.

Excellent protective case for my new iPhone Xs Max. Surprisingly this was available immediately after the new iPhone Xs Max was released. I was on my way to purchasing a Lifeproof Fre or Nuud case but they weren't yet available. So now I am a very satisfied owner of a JustCool case. It's a quarter of what a LifeProof cost but it might be equal or superior in quality. Lifeproof"s newer cases that are available but aren't waterproof are completely garbage as I went through 4 of their Next cases within a span of less than a year. Luckily they have a lifetime warranty so it was replaced for free. This is very impressively handsome case with a bonus lanyard making it easy and secure to carry especially in the water.

All I can say is I like it so much I am ordering a backup.Had an Otterbox for my 7+ that let a lot of dust and dirt onto areas of the phone. This case completely encloses my X Max so there will never be dirt on the screen or in places like the ringer off slot. When I took the Otterbox off to clean, a lot of dirt accumulated at the margin. I take great care of my phone so I am really not concerned about protection from the case but I think the protection would be as good or better as the Otterbox with this case.

Absolutely love this case! I just recently got my iPhone XS Max & I really wanted to protect it at all cost and this case did the job perfect! In the box it has a “paper test” which helps you see that your phone is 100% safe in the case without needing to test it on your phone. Just sumerge it underwater for 30 minutes & the piece of paper inside the case was still perfectly dry!! Made me trust it 10x more. I highly recommend. It’s a pretty case also and does not feel cheap at all!

Just got my new IPHONE XS MAX on Friday(Release day), Since it is a very precious device, I ordered this phone case before the phone arrived. This phone case is very easy to installed and uninstalled (you can use a coin to pry from the corner).The material is tough and solid and gave a good protection to your device. The cover film is crystal clear, so all your finger touch can effectively accepted by your Iphone, no delay at all. Now I don't worry that my kids will drop my precious iPhone on the ground.

Amazing case !!! Accidentally dropped my phone on the 2nd day I had it (iPhone Xs Max) checked case and not a single scratch !!! A++ so far.I saw a comment about the plastic being flimsy. I’ve had the case over a month and a half and once you put the phone in.. it literally just feels like a screen protector which is perfect.Drop test...I dropped my phone 5x accidentally already and not a single scratch or crack or scuff. I’ve never had such great protection for the price

I wanted a cheaper case to protect my iPhone XS Max until the bigger companies came out with a better selection. This does the job in covering the phone but at the same time it’s bulky and kinda flimsy. I think I would be scared to drop my phone with this on and not expect some damage. The plastic front is annoying as it doesn’t sit that flush to the screen. It just has an uncomfortable feel to it. After a week I moved on to another brand with less bulk. And I’d rather have a tempered glass screen protector. Just my two cents worth.

Hard to type if showering with plus I’ve found some stuff under the screen but never water! But honestly the phones already waterproof the case is mostly for scratches and falls and to help give it some extra waterproof factors and it does just that!
