It is so good for you and cooks in six minutes. Great in broth or smothered with your favorite sauce. Soba goes well with fish, fowl, or fruit, meat balls and Tofu too.Cold or hot. Yum.

I love soba noodles. I love organic. I love a big box of organic soba noodles! These are not 100 percent buckwheat, but more than most you'll find. These are delicious noodles! They came packaged nicely, unbroken! in a box. 12 packages. It says one package is one serving, but it's substantial! ( Sorry, I don't have it in front of me to tell you how many ounces is in a single package ) If you are going to add veggies and a protein, you could feed 3 or 4 people a big bowl! I cooked some for lunch today, ate it with a cold broth. It was so delicious! Excellent! I almost ate all of it, I was stuffed. I'm thrilled. I pray this wonderful product stays at this price, and available!

We're as anglo as anyone around, but happily accept the great gifts that other cuisines bring us. Soba noodles stand proudly among those give. The lady of the house has a passion for sesame noodles using these; I also like a soba salad with shredded cucumber. The local WF ("Whole Fortune") grocer carries some soba noodles at majestic prices - these suit us well enough, as does the cost.If the 12-pack seems a bit much - well, for us, it's not. When I put a bowl together and set it to cool, I'll be lucky if there's any left a half hour later.-- wiredweird

Ordered a case of these super soba noodles when the local supplier stopped carrying them. These are the best organic noodles available for this price range. Yes you can find ones with almost all buckwheat flour but they will be almost twice the price. These have a good amount of buckwheat flour and I like that the wheat flour is from a heritage variety. The broth left after cooking these noodles is far superior to other brands I've tried in the same price range. I'll stick with these!Incidentally, the marketing team for this product rocks having produced some of the niftiest and interesting graphics on the packaging. Made me grin.

I love these noodles. I order this on subscribe and save and eat them often. I was looking for organic buckwheat soba with a large percentage of buckwheat. You will notice that other brands have greater white flour in their noodles than this brand, which makes it less healthy. Most buckwheat soba will combine buckwheat flour with white wheat flour, unless it says 100% buckwheat on them. The 100% noodles tend to be gummier, since they don't have the added gluten of the white flour. I love the chewiness of these noodles when cooked. Overall, tastes great with a higher buckwheat percentage than most other organic brands.

I have been eating these for 10 years. They are very filling, nourishing, and healthy. They do not contain any bad ingredients, and the sodium content is lower than any other similar noodles I have found. I especially like putting Bragg's Liquid Aminos on them, or else pure tomato spaghetti sauce with no salt added. You can get creative with these noodles too. Sometimes I dice veggies to include in my meals with them, but they are great for a quick snack too.Update 08/28/2018 I have become intollerant to gluten from Celiac disease and these are now poisonois to me. I am changing the stars from 5 to 1.

These soba noodles are a lovely shade of brown, darker than others we’ve used. Very tasty and didn’t break down. Highly recommended.
