This is one of my favourite chili oils, lovely garlic flavor, great for complementing dishes. Not too spicy

This is addictive and would eat by the spoonful
I love this stuff. It is perfection and can be served plain on top of rice, mixed with mayo to make a sauce, the possibilities are endless.This is something I cannot recommend enough. It can get expensive but is completely worth it.It is supposed to be oily but you can mix it together if you do not like the texture.
