It is a good introduction to emotional inteligence for people (like me) who did not know what the term means. The book is easy to understand, you can read it quickly and it comes with an only emotional inteligence test for you to take.

I’ve got soooo many highlights and notes. Great foundational information on EQ to give you in depth understanding to what EQ is and how EQ can be used to improve your decisions.
