The media could not be loaded.  I get sore shoulders a lot and legs and such but mainly my shoulders. I wanted a massager that would do the job and did not look like a sex toy. This one did the trick and it is cordless and charges in its holder which I loved. I am not sure how long the charge holds but in using it for some long massages it never died or ran slow so obviously it holds the charge well beyond my requirements.Now the main purpose of this item according to the box was a scalp massager and it does a wonderful job there to the point I just want to go to sleep so be aware, the scalp massage is beyond relaxingI did have to remember to make sure I lined up the contacts with the contacts in the holder or it won't charge but it will fit so just a reminder. I have not tried it in the shower (and not sure I ever will) but it is supposed to be somewhat waterproof, the book says you can take it into the shower or bath but not to leave it submerged so to each his own on that but I would avoid any situation where you might submerge it.Since it did everything I wanted it to do I have to give it 5 Stars until I have something to complain about.

I am using this massager as I am typing this review. I waited a few weeks to test it and then report my findings.I have to say that I absolutely love this massager. I use it all the time while relaxing on the couch or in bed, especially when I have a throbbing headache. I helps me so much to relax and get over the headache. This massager has two speeds but I always use it on the faster speed. I use it almost daily, I like it that much. It even massages my neck, ears, face and the rubber knobs just feel so nice and relaxing. Don’t hesitate, this is a great product for relaxing as well as help with painful headaches.I used this on dry and wet hair, it never pulled my hair.I bought this with my own money and never received a product for free.The only thing I can complain about is the noise, I wish it was quieter, especially when I have those headaches, but it’s not a huge problem.

The ends are not soft silicone as one review indicates. They are harder than expected. Another review indicated that this does not grab hair but it does, just not a lot so you just need to be careful with it. Mine does not sit properly in the charger. I have to push them together to get the charging connectors to touch. I don't want to have to hold it for an hour while it charges so I'm returning it. The replacement might charge better, we'll see.

My head massages have literally turned into a nightly routine thanks to this bad boy, and my 4b textured hair is flourishing. I’ve had this for about six months now, it still works perfectly. I use it every night for about 15 minutes or less depending on how tired I am and it holds the charge for roughly a week before I have to charge it again. Sometimes when I’m being a little too rough and start applying pressure to my head, which is not necessary by the way, one or two of the four little rudder massager finger thing would pop out, but it’s a quick fix cause you can easily just pop it right back in. So overall great product.

I got this for my wife who is always complaining that she's losing hair, although in my opinion that is definitely not the case, she has full hair all around. Anyway, so when I came across this item, it sounded like a great way to massage the scalp and promote hair growth as they claimed. Unfortunately, it does not massage very well and it gets tangled in the hair so much that it is difficult to use. The reason why we returned it was that the device does not sit properly on the charging cradle so that the charging points do not connect properly at times. Since this is battery powered, if it cannot charge properly, it can't be used even with the aforementioned issues. We would have kept it had it charged properly.

It not only feels good but also seems to stimulate your brain. I was only a little concerned the tines would get tangled in my curly hair, but it hasn't happened yet. This is relaxing and lovely. I use it every day now, and I recommend it!

This product is very sturdy and well made. The package is also super cute!It has 2 modes- slow and fast, and also able to reverse. The battery lasts very long, I used it right out of package for 3 days and haven’t charged yet. The brush head is actually made by soft silicone material and won’t damage your hairs. I feel much relaxed with a 5 minutes massage. Strongly recommend this product!

The massager works just as you would hope. However, after a few weeks, I started having trouble with the charging unit. Essentially, it would not connect with the charger to get the charge going without a bunch of adjustments. And now about 5 weeks later, I can't seem to get the charge to work at all. Obviously, this is a design issue because a massager should be able to last for at least a year.

Had an issue with my first purchase of this product but company quickly replaced and this is a great product and good value. Very relaxing scalp massage and works in water too. Good Value.
