Use 2 pair of hands, kid free zone to build but well worth the effort to see look on kids faces
For starters, get someone to help you as it would have been built much quicker with 2 pairs of hands. Once I had properly read the instructions ( these are very concise) and got things in the proper order, it started to take shape. A little hint here, do not enlist the help of a 3 year old in the construction, or you will get comments like " I know you can do it grandad?" Or " when will it be finished. Have plenty of space to lay out the sections. It is on the large side, so build it in the room you intend to have it remain in. It is a well though design, with a small spanner like tool to drive the plastic screws. All in all it was worth the effort and looks great as can be seen in photos. Later photos follow a few additions to the finished NB pod.

Good quality. Very cool idea
Very cool but note the size to make sure it fits in your room. Very cool diy fort project. Fairly easy to assemble

Very large tricky to build
This product really is quite big so make sure you have room to set it up. A few down sides we found. It really isn't that easy to make at all and took 2 adults at some stages . The instructions aren't that clear and it's quite fiddly to get it all together. I was also expecting the quality to be better for the price. Whist the kids found this great fun and a fab little den for the cost I would've expected it to last longer than it has or be more robust. It had rips and tears within the first hour from them just going in and out, it's very thin cardboard the same you get from any cardboard style kids den from hobby craft etc that are 1/3rs of the cost. Once up it also can't be moved very easily and can't be packed away and stored. Yes it is bigger but for the novelty of a kids den I think for the price and the time it takes to build it would be better thicker quality cardboard that maybe you can fold and store so you can reuse without it taking up half a room all the time. Or if it s a quick novelty toy den that's up for a week or 2 and then can be recycled the price needs to match that along with the build being more child friendly.

Good buy
My 2 year old loves this. Money well spent but my only negative is for how long It took me putting it together, but I reckon if I had my husband helping to hold bits in place for me it would have taken a lot less time to build. Definitely a 2 person job. It's very big so make sure you have space for it and that you build it in the room you want it is as you won't be able to fit it out past the door frame of the room you build it in without taking it apart again.

Great product
I purchased this for my friends little boy's birthday and boy did he love it! Make sure you set out an afternoon with a lot of space to construct it as it is a lot bigger than expected. There are a lot of parts so be prepared for a challenge but if I can do it...anyone can. They currently have it up in the garden although this is for indoor use so be careful. This is a great way to teach children how to construct something good using their motor skills. Great product.

Finished assembly too large for some homes.
I bought this as a Christmas present for a friend's child - and am now feeling very guilty, as I don't think they will have the room to assemble it in their house - which may result in a very disappointed little boy, as I don't think outdoor assembly would be a practical option at this time of year! The dimensions given are for the box that the kit is delivered in - NOT for the finished assembly. These dimensions need to be made clear, so that buyers can ensure that the recipient has enough indoor space before purchasing.I won't be involved in the build (if it can be done after all), so this one-star rating is not for the kit itself, but for the lack of information provided.

Excellent value - this thing is huge
I bought this for my godson as it wasn't much more than a pack of the screws. I wanted to get him something he could use to make things on a bigger scale than Lego. I'd expect the cardboard space capsule to be quite small but it easily fit him and his brother inside. A relative had bought them spacesuit costumes unbeknownst to me so this was a perfect addition.

Great piece to encourage play away from devices
It wasnt too bad to put together but we couldn't get 2 pieces together in the end as we couldn't get the holes to match up and have other part also fit. It is minor and doesn't effect the overall product or use of it. The kids ages 10 to 1 love playing with it and it has been used a lot.
