Out after 2 mos.
I bought this 2 mom ago and the bulb has already gone out. I bought it for $31 then and I see it is $18 now. I'm curious if it is just a sale special or it is reflecting the quality more and more. Very dissapointed to have my TV out again so soon but all of the reviews here were great! So I bit the frugal bullet. Hope this helps someone else to dodge it! Lol. But who knows maybe I just got a dud. Good luck!

Didn't last 5 days
Installed in Samsung DLP TV and it lasted 5 days... I was warned to only buy the OEM bulb--not worth the money since it will not last more than a week.

BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE!!! ordered on saturday, delivered today, monday during the day (wow!). took all but 5 minutes to take out old lamp, put in the new. Yay-TV back in business! I don't feel like I'm going blind anymore. Just wanted to say to anyone shopping and searching, buy from this business. Can't go wrong. even if the bulb lasts for a few months, it's still tons cheaper than buying a new friggin' TV during football season, living with a dallas cowboy-husband-fan.........

Fits perfect, easy to change.
Works like new. Easy to replace, took about one minute with no experience.Facing the TV as you would normally watching it, the bulb is on the left side, behind the screen, on the bottom, facing inwards towards the center. Remove one phillips crew, remove small panel, unlatch square metal wire upwards. Grab plastic handle and gently wiggle/slide light assembly out. Reverse the steps and enjoy.

Did not last long
Only lasted 3 weeks and burned out. Ordered a replacement which they sent no charge provided I return the defect. NO problem with that!

Died within 2 weeks of installation
Pretty much what the headline says. Received on April 28, installed on April 29, dead on May 13. My previous one lasted for a good couple of years. What gives? Is it shoddy manufacturing? I don't see where to order a warranty replacement either... even though it might just be a waste of time if the next one also dies in 2 weeks.

Get what you pay for
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it takes t minutes for the tv to actually start up... could be my tv tho. It’s a 11 year old Samsung dlp. Picture quality not as good as I remember. Get what you pay for

when install it, make sure to close all covers ...
when install it , make sure to close all covers as some of it used as a "switch" to allow the TV to turn ON.
