Excellent job refurbishing. Great price. Easy to get my MS Office 365 added. I don’t use the touch screen, so I don’t leave finger prints. Vivid clear pictures and videos. Quickly updated to windows 11. So much lighter than my 17” Dell, and it runs much cooler. Highly recommended for students or home office.

Computer arrived cosmetically very nice with a fast bootup and no bloat ware. Unfortunately, the battery was weak and only provided 2 hours of battery life. I contacted the seller, and they were quick to respond. Within a few days I received a new battery from Amazon. After a 15 min installation I was up and running with a battery proving 5+ hours of predicted run time. I would purchase a refurbished computer from LAPRO again.

When the laptop worked, it worked well. But, starting about 2 months after purchase, it got harder and harder to power up. I'd press the power button longer and longer periods of time, over and over. Now it's gotten to the point where it takes me about 20 minutes to start up. Also, when I was conducting a zoom call last week, I moved the laptop a little so the camera could see me better and the laptop just turned off - and I was leading the zoom call!! This morning, after 20 minutes of frustration trying to power up the laptop, I moved the laptop from one of the bottom corners and it booted up. I thought to myself this is a short somewhere. I tested it by moving the bottom corner and the laptop turned off. I moved the bottom corner and it powered on again (as though I had pressed the power button). And, the period of time to return the laptop expired a month ago! Now I have to pay to get the hardware fixed. Finding a short can be expensive because it can be difficult to reproduce and ultimately identify. And, while they're looking for a short, I won't have a laptop for a couple of weeks. I will never buy this kind of laptop again!

Purchased the computer and it came in good condition. The Intel 7 processor is much faster than the 5 I had, making the purchase worthwhile. A couple of negatives, it did not have Bluetooth and the battery lasts only about a day before recharging. I put a new battery in and now it lasts 3-4 days, I also added a Bluetooth Dongle, so that works good also. The listing said that Bluetooth was installed and the battery was at least 80% was not correct, but for an additional $40 I have a good operating PC.

It's fast approaching a year now since I purchased this and I simply love this laptop. I am an entrepreneur and use it daily as my sole PC for everything, including light graphics design.I have since upgraded the 16gb ram to the 32gb max and it runs like a dream with now 16gb ram max shared to the video card.Opening up this laptop to upgrade the ram (as well as for regular maintenance/cleaning) was easy and done in a few minutes. In fact, Dell Latitudes are purposely made to be exceptionally easy to upgrade and repair (unlike the vast majority of laptops out there) and this was the #1 selling point for me when making this purchase as I intend on having this laptop for years to come before it needs to be replace. This machine does not disappoint in this area! Very easy to access everything you may need access to on the inside.I hate the touch screen, but that can be disabled in the BIOS. Also, you can turn down (or turn off) the brightness of the keyboard from the BIOS to help save on some battery as well. Very handy features in my opinion.My only complaint about this laptop is that when an SD card is inside of the SD card slot it does not sit flush to the machine, rather, it protrudes out slightly. For some this may be a non-issue, but for me I carry this around and store it on it's side so what often happens is the SD card gets pushed in (unlocked) and I'm afraid one of these times the SD card is going to break or get lost. Poor design choice in my opinion and annoys me to no end.Being a renewed/used item, it did come with some cosmetic scrapes to the outside of the laptop. A total non-issue for me and to be excepted with a renewed/used purchase.Overall, I'm sold on the Dell Latitudes and doubt I will ever go back to anything else. Love this laptop!UPDATE NOVEMBER 2023:Purchased a second laptop for my husband. The power supply shipped with his did not work. The seller was prompt with sending a replacement.Great little workhorses and excellent customer service from the seller. Highly recommended.

Like new out of the box, great deal

Nice laptop. Good price. Supposedly refurbished. Alas, Battery was DOA. I had to buy a new one (from Amazon) and replace it. Works fine now.

Seems like a great refurb/renewNo issues, would buy again!
