Warm Tips How to use A920BL earphone: The following steps are for reference: 1. Open your phone bluetooth button; 2. Press the ON/OFF button more than 6 seconds till both of the red and blue led bright; 3. Wait your phone find the "AWEI MUSIC" earphone; 4. If you phone found the "AWEI MUSIC" device, please click it, then your phone will connect it auto; Note: Please make sure the A920BL includes eough power when you do the above- mentioned steps. Ear Tips, there are three sizes of earplugs in the box. Please try different earplugs before using and choose the most suitable one. Ear hooks, make the headphones more stable and prevent them from falling off. Cord buckle, you can clamp the headphone cable to the collar to stabilize the regulator. Cable Clamps, the length of the free adjustment line. If you want to recharge these earbuds after exercising, please follow these steps:  Open the port cover and shake to remove any sweat from inside the USB port. Wipe the USB charging port dry with a cotton cloth. Charge with a 5V certified charger and cable. Great price and awesome sound quality
This is my first pair of Bluetooth headphone... finally caved and wasn’t expecting too much for the price. Boy was I wrong! Better than any headphones that I’ve had.... probably ever! (But then again I’ve never invested in headphones). Sound quality is great, the set up was fairly easy once I read the instructions. I love that the earbuds are magnetic and stick together when not in use. Came with a nifty little carrying bag too. Just make sure you fully charge them when you get them, as they don’t come charged. Would definitely buy again and the price point is great in case I lose them!

Pretty Good Product....For a While
I brought these a few months ago and really liked them. The sound quality is good, they're comfortable, controls are fine and mic works too. I was able to pair them to my phone and my laptop. Sometimes they fall out when I'm working out but when I added the clip it comes with to the side with the mic that doesn't happen as much.My only issue is that now, about 4 months later, the battery life is going to crap. I used to get about 4hrs of use and now they barely last an hour before I have to charge them again. Sometimes the light indicator will say they're charged and when I turn them back on they're only at 20%. Pretty disappointing because everything else is still fine and I'd like to use them more but it's not even worth it.

Mainly pretty pleased with these!
Sound quality is great and seems to hold a long charge! Used them for an hour and a half at the gym... forgot them in my bag and so I didn't get to put them back on the charger. 3 days later at the gym I tried to turn them on assuming they would have a dead battery.. surprise they turned on and I stayed charged through my workout! They are great for running and I love the magnetic earbuds that clip together when you aren't using them. Downside is I wish the cord were just a little shorter or maybe they came with 2 clips to hook to both sides of my tank so they are nice and secure when running so they don't bounce around. For the price I am pretty pleased with them!

Bad sound and won't stay in
I have had Bluetooth headphones before. These are the worst. The sound quality is terrible and they won't stay in my ears I have tried all sizes of the buds and added the the other things to help hold them in place. They move and fall out. The control thing is huge and heavy. Did I say the sound quality is horrible!?

Unreliable
I bought these earphones after seeing many positive reviews. I was mainly looking for bluetooth earphones for running and for working around in a lab (having one earphone on and no dangling wires). Based on the reviews I had seen (which have all disappeared!!), these earphones were confortable for running. Although the sound-quality seems good, the earphones are heavy and fall off just working on my computer (imagine running!).On top of that, pairing is difficult: you have to manually pair every time you turn on the earphones! Sometimes as soon as you pair them, the earphones turn off and you have to re-pair them again. Too much of a hassle!Not useful...RETURN!

Satisfied with these
The sound quality was good. I’m pleasantly surprised for headphones this price. Even the smallest ear pieces were a little bit too big for me personally, but they work. The battery life is ok, they will last me a full day of listening to music before they need to be charged. The mic isn’t my favorite because it hangs in a weird spot while I’m wearing the headphones. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

Never to old to learn!!!
Had to have help from my grandkids to figure out how to pair it with my device cause instructions were so tiny I couldn’t read them but once I learned how to use them I love them!

This is not a good product.
I bought these for running, they do not stay in my ears. To use these, I have to readjust them every couple of minutes just to keep them from falling out.I tried just using these around the house for phone calls while I work, but the microphone sound is poor, so anyone on the line can’t actually hear me.
