A firm foam roller which will keep its shape for floor work where you want to lie on it lengthways.My previous roller was less dense, more comfortable against the spine, but ended up a bit banana shaped.

Value roller with ebook however roller too solid.
Good price, size however I found this to be really hard and painful on my spine compared with my physios roller. Great ebook with exercises.

Excellent product. This is exactly the same as the ones we use in the Pilates class I attend. Wanted one to use at home and this is perfect.

Happy with foam roller, does the job and fine for exercises lying on it, very reasonably priced. Very impressed with customer service. Sorted out problem caused by Hermes driver very quickly. Would recommend this seller. Hermes, meanwhile, seems to be getting worse
