After buying numerous braces and wraps for a hip, groin, and hip flexor pain, I came across this Hamstring Compressor wrap mainly for Sciatica Pain was not my problem. Reviews were very good, I decide dto buy it. OMG! What a difference... I highly recommend this Brace Ability Hip and Groin Wrap - one size fits all was long enough for me. Worked better than I hoped. I can wrap for my groin relief or hip pain and wear comfortable all day.Very happy with wrap...KN

Was purchased for my friend who has a ligament tear. The support seemed good once he figured out the wrapping pattern, but it would un attach at the velcro and unwind. He wore it under his clothing (pants) and so suddenly he would stop walking, and the brace would fall down and out the bottom of the pant leg. Not sure how to fix that problem although we tossed around some ideas. In the end had to return. It is possible his waist and thigh were just to large for the wrap to be velcroed securely, but he's a 36 waistband and an average leg size, so I just don't know what the problem was. Easy returns, would probably work for someone.

VERY hard to put on. Slips and slides. Insufficient compression to help. Very disappointing.

I'm a pretty rubenesque short girl, with a groin pull. I hoped this would wrap according to directions but alas...too much fullness. BUT!!! Since it is one long piece, I used it like an ace bandage and wrapped it around my leg to the desired effect. I only used over leggings since I have sensitive skin and someone else posted having a reaction. It DEFINITELY supported my inury, kept the area warm, and improved my ability to walk.Keep this in mind... plan bathroom breaks as you will need to undo and rewrap. The way I wrapped it was bulkier than the suggested method. If you use as I did, be careful sitting.... if you wrap too close to the groin... it may bruise your lady or manly bits. ( learned after a 45 minute drive home.)I am very pleased with the product because it will not only work on the leg, but also as abdominal, lat or oblique support.

Easy enough to apply but unable to render any support or pressure to hip.

This was physical therapist recommended. I tried the cheaper ones but they didn’t help. This one did. Not 100% but definitely helped- because it can be wrapped higher. It is a learning curve to wrap correctly but not bad. Holds in place well.
