Great features for a good price
This smart socket is excellent for the price:it's easy to setup, and works with Alexa.The phone app allows to configure easily some specific timers or command it remotely.Positive:- excellent price- easy to setup from the app- easy integration with Alexa (and Google home, but I didn't try this one)Negative:- no IFTTT integration,- app is not as pretty as some more expensive smart outlets (but it allows to manage many other smart objects)- its design only allows to use one on a classic 2-outlets wall plug. This could have been improved by either having a design similar to the more expensive Wemo mini smart plug, or by allowing the smart socket to rotate,- when used on a classic 2-outlets wall plug, it takes a bit more than half the space. Meaning that it might become harder to plug something on the other outlet if too big.I did hesitate between giving 4-stars or 5-stars.I believe that the current price of $17 makes it a 5-star product. The negative points are classic, and the device is doing all what is expected.I will update this review if I have any issue with it in the next few months, but so far I'm quite satisfied with it!(Note: I was given this product for free in exchange for my honest review. This opinion is my own and I do enjoy this product!)

Not UL approved
This product does not have the mark of any electronics safety organization. Beware, if those male AC contacts overheat this thing could start a fire.I didn't think Amazon would list any products without UL approval.

Simple to use.
Connected easily. Pretty straight forward. Makes my outlet behind the table much more convenient. Plays well with smart devices.

very user friendly!
This home automation product is very easy for someone with limited knowledge and/or little electronic skills. I plugged the unit in, downloaded the app (Homemate) and from that point forward the app either advised me what to do or it did it automatically. I would definitely recommend this product to someone who is just getting into the home automation lifestyle.

A Must Have for the Holiday Season
Weather it's the Christmas tree or Fireplace this is a Must Have. Super Simple to connect and you're set! Control hard to access outlets simply by using your Smart Phone App. Let the Holidays Shine!

Good product
Looks good and was easy to set up and connect to wifi with their app. Very useful for remotely controlling your appliance, but unfortunately does not support popup wifi.

Works like a charm (also with Google Assistant)
I own 5 of these devices including two 220V versions. They work like a charm ans never fail control via the cloud and work find with GA (google Assistant) all my other 5 WEMO (mini or regular) switches all the time loos the ability of controlling them via the cloud. but NOT the Orvibo S25, BELIEVE ME
