Correct for 2007 KTM 640 adventureUPDATE: worked for a couple of weeks, but leaked out of the master cylinder so badly that it was useless... Don't waste your time and money..just buy OEM. Very dissapointed . I should have listened to the other bad reviews .

10.5 mm piston. Check casting on master cylinder to see what size you need. Did not fit my ‘01 MXC 200.

Double check and make sure everything is there before you tear yours apart.
Missing 1 cover screw, came with 2 labeled bags for them, but only one had the screw. Luckily my old screws are ok, although rusty.

not worth it
i took a gamble upon buying still with mixed ratings,.....but this repair kit lasted less than 200 miles and started leaking again....so for the OEM kit...

Buy OEM
Rebuilt my clutch master with this kit and it started leaking within 3 months. Decided to try an OEM kit from KTM before I bought a new master and it is working good. Not sure that the quality of this kit is worthwhile. Buy OEM.
