I bought a surround sound system and needed a longer cord to get one of the subwoofers right where I wanted it. There are some things to keep in mind when purchasing a cord such as this. Not all cords are created equal. First, the plug shape. I needed a figure 8 and it was easy to match up using the pictures in the product description. Then I had needed an AC cord and not a DC one. so, check. Then the most important parts. I needed to match amps and voltage. This was also easy for me, because I was replacing a shorter cord, so I just took the specs off of the old cord (7AMP, 125 Volts). If you do not match the cord up properly. you run the risk of not powering the device or creating a overheat/fire situation. I cannot stress enough that you need to select the proper cord not only because it would be useless but because it would also pose a huge safety risk. I was able to get the right one and it worked like a charm. I like that both ends are angles and provide a more sleek look. I highly recommend this product.

Absolutely perfect cables for my new Samsung Q990F rear speakers.

The original cord that came with my Samsung TV was too short to run from the wall mount into the wall and down to the floor without attaching an extension that would be plugged in inside the wall. I needed a cord that would run back from the TV, along the extension arm, into the receptacle that I cut into the wall and run down the wall to come out near the floor so the cord could not be seen running down the wall behind the TV. The length of this extension was such that I could run one cord back through the wall and out near the baseboard to plug into the electrical protection. Great purchase, fit perfectly and works as advertised.

I had just purchased the Samsung 9500S Dolby Atmos 2.0.2 surround speakers. The electrical cord that came with them were only 5 feet long which is insufficient when dealing with decent size stands. The plug that goes into the speaker is a tad bit longer than the OEM version. You will see that it extends the bottom of the speaker. It is not flush, however, doable. I ordered the 10 foot cord which left me plenty to coil up even after extending the speaker stands up to 50 inches high.

This power cord is the perfect fit and length for what my plan was of hiding wires on a wall Mount tv. The factory cord was only 6 feet long and I needed something longer to route along the mount and through the beam to hide it. This cable was it. Great product, great value. Definitely recommend.
