These omall roller (simulated) lever switches are high quality and very durable. I used a switch from this order to repair my Shark vacuum. A lever switch found at the base of the unit is responsible for permitting the roller brush to start up once the vacuum is leaned back from the upright position. The switch (internal to the vacuum) had failed mechanically rendering our $300 Shark Rotator Pro vacuum nearly unusable after only about 9 months of use. This switch was a perfect fit and of much higher quality that the one originally found in the vacuum. Nice little micro switches but beware they are delicate and cannot take much heat when soldering wires to their terminals. I did not even apply heavy heat to the first switch I wired up and after I soldered the wires in place the switch failed to work any longer! I had to replace it and then I soldered the wires onto the switch very carefully avoiding leaving the soldering iron tip on there for long. So be careful when soldering to these to avoid failure of the switch mechanism inside which seems to melt down and fall out of place if too much heat is applied. Other than that, they work just fine.

I needed a microswitch that could fit in a really small space and be silent in operation. These guys have been perfect for my needs.

Exact replacement for what I needed was not available. Bought these and they fill the need.

So far so good. Replaced original broken switch in vacuum. New switch is working with out a problem.

As advertised
