The spoon bowls have a nice satin finish, but one was marred on the back with a cluster of deep scratches, so I kept that one and gifted the others. The spoons were all individually wrapped in plastic sleeves, so this was a defect that got past quality control.

As others have noted they do not have the teardrop at the end, they have fork tines (and not even usable ones, the tines are very thick and close together)The spoon end is also very roughly cut. I bought these spoons to mix Cheladas in oversized Pilsner glasses(24oz and 9 1/2" tall). They work very well. They are tall enough to do the job. They are sturdy. The handle is twisted to aid pouring and the twist makes the spoon stiff. But, the twist also makes cleaning more difficult. You have to clean them like you are washing a threaded screw. The spoon end is small, almost paddle-like and that's fine because I just use them to stir the drink. The spoons arrived undamaged packed in individual plastic bags in a plastic envelope - the product is giftable - the packaging not so much.

Added a much needed shine and function to the bar. Able to handle every drink thrown at it. Great tool...

Bought these as a gift for my husband - he loves them!

I ordered these twice requesting the ones in the picture. What was sent to me had forks on the other end. That is not what is pictured.
