Monster High Dot Dead Gorgeous Lagoona Blue Doll

The doll was exactly as I expected it to be. It arrived in excellent condition and with all the parts intact.This is one of the more colorful of the Monster High dolls and one that works for just about any age. She is pretty, yet unique and comes complete with fun accessories too. She comes dolled up for a fun night out, and except for small details like the fins, you might not even know she was a Monster High doll. I say this because some younger kids may be afraid of the more scary versions, but this is just cute and colorful.The doll is flexible enough to dress without breaking anything and fits into other MH Lagoona outfits too, so you can mix and match her style however you like. This was purchased as a gift for my daughter and she loved it!

My daughter is 6 going on 7 and I think she is the perfect age to start playing with these dolls. I would not recommend these for any younger. All the joints come apart for clothing change and can easily be lost or swallowed by a younger child/sibling. They are quite cute. The faces are pretty and the diaries define the dolls personality. My daughter loves reading them. I do not understand why these dolls are becoming so expensive. Do not pay over $20 for any of these. They are available at all retail stores, however Amazon has that awesome free shipping and no tax so you may want to take that into consideration with your purchases.

What I like about this Dot Dead Gorgeous collection is you get a Doll , extra accessories (a purse, cell phone, compact) and you get the doll's brush and stand. For under $15 is a great price. most is the newer dolls don't come with this much and they are over $20. take avantage to the amazon's lower prices on this collection. A++++ and my daughters love this collection.

Dot dead Gorgeous - Lagoona BlueI own only two of the dot dead MH Dolls. Lagoona being my favorite of all of that particular line. I purchased this Lagoona, sight unseen from Amazon , since I was having no luck finding her in the stores.I don't recommend buy this doll sigh unseen as her hairstyle, done by Mattel seems to be very hit or miss. I had to completely restyle her hair, with an ice bath perm. I mention how to do this on my tumblr blog.Now onto the Doll. The Dot Drop girls each come with Hair brush, Doll stand, and a small cardboard card, depicting a picture of themselves. The dolls do not come with a booklet of any sort, although the back of the Box does give you a bit of reading material.The Dot dead girls are meant to be dressed in their Friday night best and Lagoona makes no exception in her strapless bubble patterned mini dress. The hem and very top of the dress are lined in black ribbon, while the rest of the gown is down is comprised of a pale blue and soft pink color palette. The dress has two sheer overlays. The first in a hot pink and the second in a pattern matching the rest of the dress. The sheer overlays are cut at an angle so that the left sides are a bit longer.A blue ribbon belt with a hot pink starfish buckle is sewn at the waist of the dress. Lagoona sports a quarter length, blue, fishnet sleeve on right upper arm. The color perfectly matching her belt and one of the plastic seaweed necklaces hanging from her neck.Lagoona's shoes are translucent hot pink, open toed, sandals with a pearl accent on the toe strap. The shoes have a clever clam shell design. She sports a lovely hot pink clam shell and pearl barrette in her hair. This ties her look together from top to bottom.Counted among Lagoona's other accessories are a Orange jellyfish purse, a pearl bracelet, a set of pearl earrings, one being a single pearl, the other a dangling cluster of pearls, and and a three strand seaweed necklace in dark blue and hot pink . Lagoona also comes with a blue seashell compact and her icoffin, ensuring she can look her best, and keep her ghouls on text alert.This Particular Lagoona has darker freckles than most of the other Lagoona's making her a must have for all the Lagoona fans out there. I highly recommend this doll. As a warning with many of the Lagoona dolls, her leg fins do come off and can be easily lost by the younger MH fan

My great niece had a Monster High School theme birthday party and the doll hit the spot. I wish the entire set of dolls was available so I could have purchased from a single retailer. She would have loved getting a set of dolls rather than just the one. Maybe next time?

I bought this as a gift for a Monster High loving 7 year old. She loved it! As a Monster High doll collector myself, I think this is one of the cuter Lagoona Blue dolls out there. Very pretty doll!

My granddaughter loved it. Told me it was the only one she got for Christmas this year. They are very popular with her age group 7 to 8 years old. Her cousin has a few, and I am sure they will play together!

These dolls are not made for children. They break easily and are not worth the money. I cannot believe the amount of money I have wasted on these cheap dolls.
