Clara Holding a Nutcracker Christmas Ornament

I bought this for my granddaughter. It's pretty. The features are fine and the painting is nice. She's taking ballet lessons so it will be a nice memory for her. I like it well enough that, when I dropped the first one on the floor and the feet broke off, I bought a second one. I dropped the first one on tile and am not surprised or upset that the feet broke off. Overall, it does not feel fragile.

These came well packaged and were very beautiful. I had been looking for a year at many. Many places in these were the nicest ones I found. I got three different pieces and was happy with all of them

It arrived broken, but it was not the manufacturer's fault. It said it was inspected. It wasn't. The item itself was beautiful.

I have been eyeing this ornament for quite some time now and finally ordered it in hopes of using it for a cake topper for my daughter’s Nutcracker themed birthday party and then as an addition to my Christmas tree this season. It seems I was one of the lucky few who received an unbroken product (shockingly, as it was packaged in a thin piece of styrofoam and shipped in a box that also contained a bag of rocks and a can of spray paint). What it lacked in brokenness, it made up for in ugliness. I have never seen a worse paint job. My 9 year old could do better. This thing looks nothing like the photos. Even the molding is bad. There are rough edges, chunks of plastic, small holes. Do not waste your money!

This was a gift for my daughter who was Clara in the production of The Nutcracker this year. Very detailed and pretty.

Painted it to personalize it. Looks closest to our dancer. Decent mass-produced ornament to use as a starting point. Now that it's been detailed... It's definitely a keepsake.

I could see that her hand was damaged in the package without taking the ornament out.UPDATE: I ordered a replacement and nothing was broken. Cute ornament, the paint quality isn't as nice as pictured, and her hand is more of mitten shape. The item is good for me, but I wouldn't order one as a gift.
