Product Description Juno Lighting Group UPX214-BZ Pro-Series Xenon Under cabinet Fixture, 14-Inch, 2-Lamp, Brushed Bronze From the Manufacturer The Juno UPX214-BZ Pro-Series Xenon under cabinet fixture offers a warm color rendering using warmer tone illumination from long-life low voltage xenon lamps in a shallow, easy-to-conceal 1-Inch profile. Ideal for under cabinet, undershelf, and task lighting, where maximum light output and minimal cabinet bottom contact temperature are desired. Dimmable with standard electronic low voltage wall box dimmers or integral high/low/off rocker switch. The 14-Inch long by 4 1/2-Inch deep, brushed bronze housing is optimized for fast permanent installation, mounting either flush to the rear backsplash or to the front lip of cabinetry to suit project conditions and homeowner preference. The UPX214-BZ can be hardwired using non-metallic or armored cable with the optional direct wire module accessory (ULH-DWM sold separately) used for forward mount applications to allow for remote supply wiring. Installed as a portable fixture, use the 3-wire grounded cord and plug (ULH-CP sold separately). Up to 10 additional fixtures may be electrically joined together using either the supplied straight joiner connector or the optional JC3 jumper cords (sold separately in 8-, 17-, and 26-Inch lengths). This item is sold one per package and includes: (2) 12V 20W bi-pin high output xenon lamps, mounting hardware, 3/8-Inch miniature die-cast electrical connector and joiner connector. Some of the best under counter lights you can get
Overall, I really liked these lights. I bought 6 of these types of fixtures in varying lengths for mounting in my kitchen. Overall, I'm happy with them, and would get them again. They weren't difficult to install if you have basic wiring experience.Pros:* Ability to daisy chain lights together makes installation a bit easier* Low depth meant that I didn't need to install a valance on the cabinets* Bronze color is a lot classier than white* They can be dimmed* SplashproofCons* They get hot. If you have anything in your cabinet that is sensitive to heat, you probably want to move it* While the lights CAN be dimmed, they have a nice buzz going to them when they aren't a full power* Cost - they aren't cheap
