This book is great for beginner-intermediate violists that struggle with their intonation, particularly with double stops.

Long awaited transcription for viola of Josephine Trott double stop etudes. Melodious and lovely.

This first volume is a GREAT aid to teaching my students. Such a great supplement to playing the double-stop scales. Now we're hoping Ms. Daniel will publish the second volume.

Well, I looked at this because it is the only book I could find on double stops for the viola. It has not met the needs of my student because it is too advanced, but I also think this is a good book of your student has already worked on double stops and can do short exercises.

These are awesome little etudes. I have been using them to teach with for many years. They help with ear training, reading, bowing, and many other things. Still looking for book 2. It's just as good.
