As a preface, I never write reviews, so it took a lot of frustration for me to bother with writing the review below, but due to the fact these earbuds were somehow highly rated, I felt it necessary to tell potential customers about my experience:I ordered these and upon receiving them, they seemed to work fine. The sound quality was not very good, but I liked the ease of use and in particular the fact that they were truly wireless. After about 2 weeks, the left earbud (the master earbud) would not turn off. This caused problems because A) my phone was always connected and paired with the earbud whenever they were near, so I would not be able to listen to sound from the phone unless I manually turned off bluetooth; and B) since it was always on, the battery was completely spent by the time I actually wanted to use the earbuds. Essentially, the earbuds were totally useless.The package came with a 100% guarantee; all I had to do was send an email that was spelled out on the guarantee card (no phone number was provided; only an email address). I wanted to reach out to the manufacturer and give them an opportunity to make things right before I just returned the earbuds to Amazon for a refund. In response to the email, I received a message that the mailbox was full and therefore the message could not be delivered. No doubt the mailbox was full of others who wanted to complain, so the "guarantee" is absolutely worthless.Do yourself a favor, stay away from these garbage earbuds.

In the questions section, it states both earbuds can be used separately. This is somewhat true. The left earbud connects via bluetooth to your phone and then it also connects to the right earbud. If you place the left earbud back into the charging station, you are not able to connect the right earbud via bluetooth to your phone. So yes, you could use them separately, if you simply take one earbud out and put it in your pocket or just not put in your ear. But if are hoping to only use one earbud (right) while the other charges, that is not possible (again because the right earbud does not connect via bluetooth to your phone).Overall, great product and good sound quality. Just wanted to clarify the ability to use one or both earbuds.

Here is my experience with the Kissral Wireless Earbuds: 1. Overall I really like these earbuds 2. Phone call sound quality is good. Sounds like the caller is in my head. 3. Bluetooth connections are good, although sometimes the earbuds lose sync with my phone or one another if the batteries are low. 4. These earbuds can easily pop out and tumble to the floor. An optional safety cord tethering the earbuds would be great. If I lose an earbud, I will not buy another set. I may attach a short cord between the left and right earbud as a safety lanyard. The manufacturer should make this safety lanyard an option.5. Kissral should have the English instructions in a PDF format downloadable from their website. It would make life easier while you learn the paring processes.6. The battery in the case should be kept charged. If the charge gets too low (2 lights), signal quality goes down appreciably.7. I really like the hard shell charging case as it easily slips in and out of my pocket.8. The large multi-function buttons on each of the earbud are a little too large or they need a lip to protect against unintended pushes. It easy to cut off an incoming call inadvertently while trying to place the buds in your ear.Overall, I like these buds. If you can learn to pair them and keep the battery charged they deliver very good value.

(Edit: you can if you pair them a specific way. But then you cant use both at the same time, just what you're into. )If The left one is charging the right one shuts off. The left is a master.They work fine. Audio is great but for my need they do not work. I needed to alternate them throughout the day.Unless someone want's to correct me at something i am doing wrong,The left one is a master so if you turn it off or it charges or the battery dies the right one is anpaper weight while the left one charges.3 star because i was told otherwise. Seller should be honest.

I bought these for myself but my 10 year old loves them. So I guess I need another pair! They pair easily and you can use them independently which is great if you need one ear for hearing purposes. They come in a neat charging case too so they don’t get lost. Very small.

I have been trying a few of these wireless earbuds for a few months now and thus far I have been less than impressed. The quality is so poor and often times one of the earbuds will disconnect even though I have charged did it for at least two days. The longevity of them obviously is less than subpar and I think that what you’re paying for is the aesthetic as opposed to the quality. I would not recommend this to anyone I think that you’re better off spending more money for something that actually is of quality.

When they worked,They sounded great and they stayed in my ear.Battery lasted about 2.5 to 3 hours before recharging them.These where ok to setup but a little buggy if you got disconnected.Sometimes i would have to set the ear buds back into the charge case to reset them if i walked more then 20 feet away from them a few times it was about 12 and everytime i put my cell phone in my back pocket the signal would break up.SUMMARY,Nice ear buds for some people and they sound as good as the other 30 bluetooth ear buds on the market at a good price, but for bluetooth 5.0,the range should be around 100 feet according to bluetooth standard specs i have read.
