Cat Draft Block, Energy Efficient Decorative Door Draft Stopper, Double Sided, Keep Heat or Cool Air Indoors

sure it's a draft STOPPER, for real. and my 65yo door has space that needed a tall part on the left, so this was really the only one that provided just that kind of blocking. but the pop of little kitties is why any of us are really buying it, it's just a bonus that it actually works and works well. had been rolling up a $6 throw rug b/c my super frugal mom said $25 was too much to spend. but the rug was annoying and constantly needed maintained between vacuuming and rerolling. so this little bugger i- which is well crafted and sturdy, is a life and time and energy/gas bill saver. sits well against the door and does halt the chills. now that AC is on, it's stopping the heat. super cute and effective. if there is any con, and reason for 4 not 5 stars - it's that it doesn't have quite the heft/weight i feel that would really keep it butted nicely against the bottom of the door. if you give it as a gift to a cat lover, i think they would like it as much as i do. could be $5 cheaper i think.

Is someone in your family a fanatic about the energy bills and cold drafts in the winter?I cannot look at towels, sheets, old blankets or old table cloths anymore by my front door.My family was fighting over who was neurotic over drafts and who wasn't. So I bought something funny to look at instead of towels and blankets by my door. Besides, people were getting trapped outside because of the barricade. If we can't have cats because everyone is allergic, and I don't have the time for a pet, other than fish, this is the answer.It's cute, and defuses arguments about winter drafts. It's like a heavy pillow that rests against the door. After I bought it, somebody in the house bought extra insulation to place around the bottom of the door for additional draft protection.If you are a dog person, there are pillows with dogs as well.I say we should have a family photo of everyone laughing, and make a long pillow to place by the door on windy nights.

I just moved into an apartment and noticed a slight draft coming from one side of my French doors. I got 2 of these, for the French door and my front door. Very cute, good weight and keeps drafts out. My 2 cats and I approve!

Especially on cold windy winter days in Colorado, you need a draft stop like this. My wife loves her cat so this looked to be the perfect choice and it works great.

I love it. Had a big draft at my backdoor, this did the trick! The tallest part goes high enough to stop draft up on the side where the door opens as well as at the bottom of the door! Have been trying to find something to stop the drafts for a couple of years! Glad to have found this! It is great quality, and decorative. Heavier than most draft stoppers but not too heavy and stands up good. Excellent product!

I have this exact same patter in a draft stopper, it's weighted at the bottom. This one is stuffed but not weighted and the pattern was trimmed too tightly so it's smaller thant the original one I have. Not bad for the price, wouldn't buy again for having it as a door draft item.

This is a very nicely made and cute cat draft dodger. It is much taller than I expected- and I like that. would . Only one caveat, it is not as physically dense as a beanbag draft dodger, but it is sufficient to stop air leaks. Looks nice and does the job-- would recommend. (It still makes me smile when I glance at it).
