(6 Pack) Easy Set Mole Eliminator Trap from Wire-Tek

Have caught two mole so far as they are destroying my retention wall. They obviously work.The only down side is the sensitivity, they can often spring without reason and require some repeat setting. Im guessing this is for a reason in order to be triggered by the moles. I have no regrets buying them and the price is justified by the quality of manufacture.

I have purchased these three times now, including my last purchase of six. My original trap, purchased several years ago, still works fine. Moles are hard to catch, because you have to guess which tunnel they will use again. I now have enough traps to trap every visible tunnel, and I did recently successfully kill the mole that was going everywhere in my garden this Summer. If another mole shows up, (and I expect one will), I will be ready for him. I prefer these traps because they are heavier duty, and have strong panels to keep the trap from going deeper than it should when you step on it to set it. They are designed better. Stepping on them to set them does take a little technique, which you learn by trial and error.

Within a couple of hours, the first trap went off and it had 2 moles at once!!! Have gotten 6 more since then. Easy to release the dead moles in the hole, pull the trap out, and kick the dirt over the hole. No moles to handle or dispose of!!!

These traps are very good at catching moles. I've tried mole repellents, and mole stakes (Vibration), but the traps work better than anything I've tried.

Finally, satisfaction! Two moles in two days. I look for new mounds and then set a few traps in the nearby tunnels and these traps are the best. I’m glad I got six traps so I can cover multiple trails in an area near the mounds. I got the second mole within a few hours of setting the trap. I make sure to move a trap if it has not sprung within 48 hours. I recommend these traps without any hesitation!!! We are excited to not have our yard look like a mine field next spring.

I purchased these based on reviews. Not to say that these wouldn't work, but someone with experience using traps would be better suited to purchase these. I had hoped to save money by, not only getting rid of the moles myself, but also by getting more traps for the savings, rather than just buying 1 or 2, since it seemed like my yard was overrun with them . Not a good idea. All I have to show for this purchase is a lot of expensive garage clutter.

Actual customer : I tried the cheaper trap options and every poison i could find. First night caught the mole destroying part of my front yard . i bought and set all 6 traps from the 6-pack.i kept them there another 2 nights to be sure. moved to another section of yard with mole activity. caught another one.going to keep attacking my yard a section at a time, but i am super happy that they are working!

I have purchased many traps from local stores. Most are the one with the spikes. I have never had luck until i stumbled onto these. One season I was 6 for 6. Set 6 traps - got 6 moles. I loaned out my traps and needed to buy more.These have changed a bit since i purchased my originals and it is an improvement. (The now plate that engages the ground used to be a bent round bar. The round bar would "push" into the ground farther than needed and this would require you to reset the trap.)Follow the directions and you will be successful.
