i use it with our football players in Florida where the heat and cramping is an issue and literally within minutes of taking it they are back on the field and the cramps are gone. it's great stuff and now the parents are getting it for their kids during practices. I never do reviews like this but the outcomes have been so good I thought other looking at the product would like to hear some first hand experience that i have observed with my players as their team physical therapist.
