It is an off-white, not white.. Still very pretty. Love the top . I'm losing weight, and currently weugh 174 and I'm 5'3". I bought a large. It fits slightly snug, but still looks and feels really good. It will be great as I'm losing weight..I would definitely buy again or in another color.

Love this top! I pair it with cuffed denim capris, red ballet flats and a red bracelet and I'm comfy and cute. The fabric has a nice weight - not thin and cheap feeling, not heavy and hot. The stripes don't match on the side, but that's detail I think most would miss.ETA: It's been a few months and I'm back with an update - rather than fall apart in the wash, the fabric of this top just gets softer and fluffier. It get more and more comfy, and I wear it a LOT. I might just buy another one to keep in reserve in case I get a stain or something. 🤔

I was hopeful for the perfect "French" tee. This top is adequate (I will wear it under blazers and cardigans), but not the perfect tee I was hoping for. I should have already known this, but the dolman sleeves hit my large upper arms at the wrong angle/spot to be flattering, and as such, makes them appear bigger than they are; it is not tight, just unflattering. It is, however, flattering to my large chest (I am a size 12/14 hourglass, 36G) due to the dolman cut, but the size L fits more snugly across my hips than I had hoped. As such, I can tuck it in, which looks good, but I had hoped for a tee I could wear solo. If you do not have big upper arms or you have smaller hips in proportion, this will be a great tee; It just isn't cut for my body type. I like it well enough to hang on to as a layer, but it won't be making a solo-debut. Great quality, great weight, great color, just not great for me.

I like the more spacious stripes because it's different than most of my other striped tops and I have a ton of striped tops. I ordered the white with black stripe, and it's slightly off white, but I still like it. It's not too sheer. With nude bra, no cami needed. I usually wear a size large shirt, and the large fit, but it wasn't as relaxed a fit as I would like. The XL was more comfy and better length to look nice with both wide leg or skinny pants. The arm openings are generous enough for my 35-year-old aging upper arms. ;) The material is more stiff than drapey, but it also is structured enough that it doesn't show every little flaw, which I like. It's still soft enough for everyday wear.

The top is cute and the fit is flattering. Hard to go wrong with a classic Breton stripe. I would give it a full five stars but for two big issues.First, the product page says the top is cotton. This is a full blown lie. The top is polyester and spandex, as per the tag.If you can get past that, there's still the issue of the construction. Granted, you get what you pay for, particularly when it comes to Made in China fast fashion. But the pattern does not line up at the side seams, which is pretty glaring for a striped shirt. Once you see it, you can't unsee it, and it is one of the quickest tells about the quality (or lack thereof) of a garment. And it's a shame, because this is an otherwise cute top that could have masqueraded nicely as a more expensive piece than it is. Oh well.
