ThermaSol PRO-140 Pro Series with Fast Start and Smart Steam-140, size 140, Red/Stainless

I remodeled my master bath and installed the Thermasol Steam Shower. The steam unit works fine, however, the wifi app function is something from the 1990s-terrible. I tried multiple times, hired 2 different AV guys and even switched out the wifi receiver. I called their tech support and they told me it is a problem with my network. I have 50 different things working on my network so I would disagree. I switched to a different brand and it worked seamlessly.

Three years ago after researching steam bath manufacturers I purchased a ThermaSol Pro 140 steam generator, it has been everything I could have hoped for. Simple to use and everyone in the family uses it constantly, my wife, 2 boys and me.The feature that intrigued me when doing my due diligence was what they called SmartSteam; now that I’ve experienced it I can say without qualification it is awesome. You set your temperature, the generator reaches it and stays there without fluctuating. The one at my health club gets too hot and then too cold and it’s extremely loud. My unit when it gets to the set temperature the room gets quiet, there actually is no distinguishable sound! Kim from the showroom had explained it was a patented technology by ThermaSol and the most important feature in a steam bath, I agree.Thank you Kim, thank you ThermaSol.

We had a manually operated shower steam generator which worked great for 25 years. We remodeled the bathroom and replaced it with a more modern one - the thermasol. After 6 years we have to replace it with a new one again. For $2000 I would hope it would last a little longer.

I purchased a home with a non-functional Thermasol Steam Unit. I have attempted to work with Thermasol customer service for the past 9 months to effect a repair. I returned the unit to Thermasol - shipping at my own cost. The repairs, which admittedly were free, were made and the unit returned. I paid for an additional cleaning of the unit by Thermasol and for an authorized local service technician to install the unit. Though the unit was now receiving power, it was still non-functional. It's nearly impossible to plug the controller cord in and the authorized technician, who also charged me for installation, was unable to get the unit working.Thermasol customer service was unresponsive and made no effort to help us get the unit functioning. I remain with a big, clunky unit in my bathroom that doesn't work. Don't purchase this unit or anything from Thermasol. You will regret it.

I’ve had my system for over 3 years now and I love it! I have called customer service one time and they helped me right away, the warranty they offer is hard to find these days!
