If You Bake a Lot - It Just Makes Sense
So far I have been very happy with this product. It has good taste, the price is right, it is aluminum free (I only purchase aluminum free) and it has a nice rising power. I had a couple of empty cans left from my previous baking powder and just refilled them and kept the remainder sealed tight. Baking powder last a Long, Long time, but if you bake as much as I do, you'll go through is pretty quickly. I do recommend this baking powder. It's a good product to add to your baking arsenal. I say Arsenal, because when I bake, the kitchen looks like I've been at war...lol

Does what it is supposed to do.
I bake fairly often (I am a sugarfree baker, but that’s another story). This item is a baking essential. I only use aluminum-free baking powder. I ran out of my usual brand recently. I did a wee search and found this baking powder. I was not initially a big fan of the container but that’s because it seemed flimsy, but there were no tears, leaks or other issues. I just put it in a good-sized glass jar in my baking station and it works great. I would buy it again.
